BLOGՀովհաննես Ավետիսյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրում է. «Օրեր առաջ մեքենաս խափանվել էր: Այս օրերի ընթացքում վարպետները փորձում էին հասկանալ խնդրի էությունը: Այսօր պարզվեց, որ մեքենայի բենզինի բաքում առկա է, ոչ ավել ոչ պակաս, 5 լիտր ջուր:
Տարիներ շարունակ, մեքենայի շահագործման առաջին իսկ օրից (մեքենան ընդամենը 5 տարեկան է) լցրել եմ 95 մակնշման (պրեմիում կոչեցյալը) վառելիք Ֆլեշից: Վերջերս մի քանի անգամ բենզին եմ լցրել Ռանօիլից, իսկ խափանման օրը, խափանումից հինգ րոպե առաջ բենզին էի լցրել Տիտան կոչվող լցակայանից (առաջին անգամն էր):
Վիճակը այնպիսին է, որ ուղղակիորեն անհնար է պարզել, թե ով է սրանցից բենզինի հետ ջուր խառնողը: Ենթադրություններ կարելի է անել, բայց դրանից օգուտ չի լինի, և իմ մի քանի հարյուր հազարի հասնող ծախսը ու լիքը վատնած ժամանակը չի փոխհատուցվի:
Պետության չգոյությունը նաև այս հարցերում է, երբ սպառողին՝ քաղաքացուն, հերիք չի շատ թանկ ապրանք են վաճառում, հետն էլ խաբում են և լիքը վնաս տալիս: Պետության առկայության պարագայում անբարոյականությունը գործարարություն չէր դիտարկվի և նմանները շատ արագ կփակվեին: Իսկ քանի որ պետությունն ինքը իր ներկայացուցիչների միջոցով անբարո վարքագիծը որպես քաղաքականություն վաճառում է քաղաքացիների վրա, ապա ինչ կարող ենք ակնկալել: Ոչինչ, բացի անարդարութան հետ օդում, ինքդ քո հետ կռիվ տալուց»:
