ՍԴ աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար, նախկին մարզպետ, դեսպան Էդգար Ղազարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. «2021 թվականի օգոստոսի 13-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջարկությամբ արձակուրդում գտնվող Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի հրամանագրով պաշտոնազրկվել է 2021 թվականի փետրվարի 25-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը պահանջած հերթական գեներալը՝ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ 1-ին բանակային կորպուսի հրամանատար, գեներալ-մայոր Ժիրայր Պողոսյան։ Այս պահի դրությամբ հրաժարականը պահանջող և պաշտոնազրկված զինվորականների թիվը հասավ 9-ի․
