Ալիևը նոր պահանջներ է ներկայացրել Հայաստանին և հայտարարել, թե Եվրամիությունը շատ դրական է վերաբերվում «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» բացմանը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱդրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը CNN Turk հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում իր կարծիքն է հայտնել այսպես կոչված` «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» բացման «կարևորության» մասին:
Այս միջանցքից զատ Ալիևը նաև նոր պահանջներ է ներկայացրել Հայաստանին. «Ինչպես գիտեք, Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Կարս երկաթգծի պաշտոնական բացումը տեղի ունեցավ Բաքվում չորս տարի առաջ: Այս երկաթգծի շնորհիվ մենք կապվեցինք Թուրքիայի հետ: Իսկ Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը կդառնա կապի երկրորդ ուղղությունը: Այսպիսով, մեզ համար նոր հնարավորություններ ի հայտ կգան: Միևնույն ժամանակ, Ադրբեջանը կկապվի երկաթուղով և դրա անբաժանելի մասով` Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետությամբ: Միաժամանակ պահանջում ենք, որ Հայաստանի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող Արեւմտյան Զանգեզուրի (ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզ - խմբ.) տարածքում կառուցվի ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհ՝ Մեղրու տարածաշրջանում: Քանի որ դա պարտադիր պետք է:
Ցավոք, Հայաստանը դեմ է դրան: Մինչև վերջին օրերը նա դեմ էր «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» բացմանը: Ընդամենը մի քանի օր առաջ այնտեղ դրական կարծիք կար, որ իրենք էլ դեմ չեն: Այնուամենայնիվ, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» լիարժեք գործելու համար պետք է լինի և՛ երկաթուղի, և՛ ճանապարհ: Բաքվում մեքենա նստելով՝ մենք կարող ենք այնտեղից հեշտությամբ շարժվել դեպի Թուրքիա և Նախիջևան»:
Նշելով, որ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» կարող է նոր տրանսպորտային նախագիծ դառնալ Եվրասիայում, նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն ասել է. «Միևնույն ժամանակ, դա նոր հնարավորություն կլինի տարածաշրջանի երկրների համար: Թուրքիան կկարողանա իր ապրանքները Կենտրոնական Ասիա տեղափոխել ավելի կարճ, այլընտրանքային ճանապարհով: Այսպիսով, այն կարող է դառնալ նոր տրանսպորտային նախագիծ Եվրասիայի համար: Սա արդեն առաջ ենք քաշել որպես նախաձեռնություն: Եվ մենք այս միջանցքը կոչեցինք «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք»: Սա արդեն մտել է միջազգային բառապաշար: Ես գիտեմ, որ Եվրամիությունը շատ դրական է վերաբերվում այս հարցին: Եվրոպական միության խորհրդի նախագահ պարոն Շառլ Միշելի` Բաքու կատարած վերջին այցի ժամանակ այս հարցի շուրջ կարծիքների լայն փոխանակում ունեցանք, և նրանք, բնականաբար, նույնպես աջակցում են այս նախագծին:
Այսինքն ՝ դա կլինի նոր հնարավորություն Թուրքիայի, Ադրբեջանի եւ տարածաշրջանի, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի համար: Ես արդեն ասել եմ, որ այս երկաթուղով նրանք կարող են կապ հաստատել Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի հետ: Որովհետեւ Հայաստանի եւ Իրանի միջեւ երկաթգծի կառուցումն այն հարցն է, որը քննարկվում է հավանաբար 20 տարի, սակայն իրականում դեռ ոչինչ չկա: Որովհետեւ այդ նախագիծը պահանջում է առնվազն 3 միլիարդ դոլար: Բայց Նախիջևանի տարածքը. Նախիջևանի և Իրանի միջև արդեն կա երկաթուղային գիծ, նրանք կարող են օգտվել դրանից»:
