Ուրուգվայը դեսպանաատուն կբացի Հայաստանում

Հայաստանը և Ուրուգվայը ունեն շատ ջերմ, բարեկամական հարաբերություններ, որոնք ծնվել են ոչ բարենպաստ պայմաններում, սակայն հույսով են թրծվել:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին ասաց Ուրուգվայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ֆրանսիսկո Բուստիժոն Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի պարտականությունները կատարող Արմեն Գրիգորյանի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսի ժամանակ:
«Առաջին հերթին ուզում եմ ջերմագույն ողջույններ փոխանցել Ուրուգվայի նախագահ Լուիս Լակալե Պոուի կողմից: Ուրուգվայն ունի այն առավելությունը, որ կարողացել է հյուրընկալել բոլոր տաղանդավոր և աշխատասեր մարդկանց, որոնք եկել են աշխարհի տարբեր մասերից: Հայերը և հայկական համայնքը շատ լավ կարողացել է ինտեգրվել Ուրուգվայում և հաստատվել այնպիսի ոլորտներում, ինչպիսիք են քաղաքականությունը, կրթությունը,սպորտը, լրագրությունը և նաև բիզնես աշխարհը»,- ասաց Բուստիժոն:
Ֆրանսիսկո Բուստիժոյի խոսքով` Արմեն Գրիգորյանի հետ հանդիպմանը վերահաստատվեց երկկողմ հարաբերությունները խորացնելու և բարեկամական խմբերի գործունեությունը ավելի բարձր մակարդակի հասցնել կարևորությունը:
«Կարևորել ենք նաև այն բոլոր արժեքները և սկզբունքները, որոնք կիսում են երկու երկրները, ինչպիսիք են ժողովրդավարությունը, իրավունքի ուժը, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը, հակամարտությունների խաղաղ կարգավորումը և շրջակա միջավայրի պաշտպանությունը»,- նշեց Բուստիժոն:
Ուրուգվայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարը ասաց, որ Ուրուգվայը ԼՂ հակամարտության հետ կապված իր անհանգստությունն է հայտնել միջազգային հանրությանը և նշել, որ պետք է հակամարտությունները լուծվեն առանց բռնի ուժի:
Ուրուգվայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարը նշեց նաև, որ Արմեն Գրիգորյանի հետ քննարկել են հարաբերությունների խորացմանը նպաստող մի շարք թեմաներ: «Այս առումով Ուրուգվայը կշարունակի իր վստահ քայլերը, որպեսզի ունենանք երկկողմ հստակ և ամուր կապեր, ինչը կլինի շահավետ երկու կողմի համար և կողմերին կօգնի հասնել իրենց նպատակներին՝ պաշտպանելով երկկողմ հետաքրքրությունները»,- ընդգծեց Բուստիժոն:
Ուրուգվայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարը հայտնեց, որ, արժևորելով 30 տարիների ընթացքում ունեցած հարաբերությունները, Ուրուգվայը որոշել է դեսպանատուն բացել Հայաստանում:
«Անկասկած մեր ճանապարհները դեռևս միասին կշարունակվեն՝ հույսով, որ կունենանք ընդհանուր ապագայի տեսլական»,- եզրափակեց Բուստիժոն:
