«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայրենի կառավարությունը պատրաստվում է խորհրդարանում իր ծրագիրը ներկայացնել օգոստոսի 24-ին: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ գործադիրը մինչեւ օգոստոսի 23-ը պետք է խորհրդարանական խմբակցություններին ուղարկի կառավարության ծրագիրը, որպեսզի ընդդիմությունն էլ իր հերթին ուսումնասիրի ու դիրքորոշում ներկայացնի:

Երեկ արդեն երկրորդ անգամ ԱԺ ՔՊ իշխանական ֆրակցիան կառավարության ծրագիրը քննարկեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ: Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների՝ հիմնականում Փաշինյանն է խոսում, ներկայացնում իրենց տեսլականը: Իշխանությունը ցանկանում է իր խմբակցության սրտով «տեսակավորել» կառավարության ծրագիրը, նոր ուղարկել ԱԺ ընդդիմությանը: Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ թեժ քննարկվում է իշխանության ներսում, թե կառավարության ծրագրի ներկայացման ժամանակ ինչպես պետք է իրեն պահի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, կամ ընդհանրապես արժե, որ Փաշինյանը ներկայանա խորհրդարան, ելույթ ունենա, թե այս փակ հանդիպումների ժամանակ պատասխանի իր թիմի հարցերին, ու այդքանով ամեն ինչ ավարտվի:

Կարելի է ասել՝ իշխանությունը սպասում է խորհրդարանի ընդդիմության ամենօրյա պահվածքին. եթե իրավիճակը այս օրերին թեժանա, ընդդիմությունը սկսի քննադատել Փաշինյանին, ապա հնարավոր է՝ վերջինս անգամ կառավարության ծրագրի ներկայացմանը չգա: Ամեն ինչ կախված է առաջիկա օրերից:
