ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեն և Հայաստանի Շինարարների միությունը ցավով հայտնում են, որ օգոստոսի 16-ին Մոսկվայում մահացել է մեր երկրի արժանավոր զավակներից մեկը՝ անվանի երկրաբան Սերգեյ Մովսեսի Մովսիսյանը:

Սերգեյ Մովսիսյանը ծնվել է 1934 թվականին, Լենինական (ներկայիս՝ Գյումրի) քաղաքում: 1951 թվականին ավարտելով դպրոցը տեղափոխվել է Երևան, ընդունվել Պետական Համալսարանի Երկրաբանության ֆակուլտետը: Ավարտելուն պես անմիջապես աշխատանքի է անցել է «Հայարդնախագիծ» ինստիտուտում, սկզբում, որպես հանքախույզ երկրաբան, հետո, մինչև 1989 թվականը՝ երկրաբանական արշավախմբի ղեկավար:

1974 թվականին Սերգեյ Մովսիսյանն աշխատանքի է գործուղվում է Կուբայի Հանրապետություն: Աշխատել է Սանտա Կլարա (1974-1976 թթ.) և Կամագուեյ (1980-1982թթ.) քաղաքներում որպես ինժեներ հիդրոերկրաբան:

Կուբայի կառավարությունը, 1975 թվականին, արդյունավետ աշխատանքի և նշանակալի ներդրման համար Սերգեյ Մովսիսյանին պարգևատրել է «Մոնկանդանտա զորանոցների գրավման 20 ամյակի» հոբելյանական մեդալով:

1985-1995 թվականներին պարոն Մովսիսյանը աշխատել է «ԻԺնախագիծ» ինստիտուտում որպես Երկրաբանական քարտեզավորման բաժնի պետ, 1995-2002 թվականներին Քաղաքաշինության նախարարության գիտատեխնիկական վարչությունում, իսկ 2002-2012 թվականներին «ՊԵՏԷՔՍՊԵՐՏԻԶԱ» երկրաբանական փորձաքննության կենտրոնում զբաղեցրել է պատասխանատու պաշտոններ:

2009 թվականին քաղաքաշինության բնագավառում ներդրած ավանդի և երկարամյա աշխատանքային գործունեության համար Սերգեյ Մովսիսյանը պարգևատրվել է «Քաղաքաշինության բնագավառում նշանակալի ավանդի համար» ոսկե մեդալով:

ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեն և Հայաստանի Շինարարների միությունը վաստակավոր երկրաբան Սերգեյ Մովսիսյանի մահվան կապակցությամբ խորին ցավակցությունն են հայտնում ընտանիքին, հարազատներին, ընկերներին և մասնագիտական հանրությանը:
