Շուշիից ինտենսիվ կրակոցներ են արձակվել հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ
INTERVIEWՇաբաթ կեսգիշերին օկուպացված Շուշիից բավական ինտենսիվ տևողությամբ կրակոցներ են արձակվել դեպի հայկանան ստորաբաժանումների դիրքերը: Այս մասին 24News-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Արցախի խորհրդարանի «Արդարություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը:
«Կրակոցներն ես լսել եմ գիշերը՝ մոտավորապես ժամը 22:00-ի կողմերը, և շարունակվել է մինչև գիշերվա 02:00-03:00-ը, սակայն բնակիչներից շատերը նշում են, որ կրակոցների ձայները լսելի է եղել մինչև ուշ գիշեր: Հրավառություն չէր կարող լիներ, քանի որ կրակոցների ձայնը շատ երկար է լսվել: Կրակոցները լսելի էին հիմնականում դեպի Մխիթարաշենի ուղղությամբ, բայց հստակ չեմ կարող ասել: Մեր տունը Ստեփանակերտի այնպիսի հատվածում է, որ Շուշիում ինչ շարժ լինում է՝ մենք լսում ենք: Այն խիտ բնակեցված թաղամաս է, և բնակիչները՝կրակոցներ լսելիս, մտահոգված ինձ են դիմում: Նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո եզակի օրեր կարելի է հիշել, որ կրակոցներ չեն եղել, սակայն վերջին շրջանում ադրբեջանական կողմը ավելի է լկտիացել և տարբեր տեսակի զինատեսակներ է օգտագործում: Եթե առաջ միայն ավտոմատով էին կրակում և միայն օդ էին կրակում, հիմա այլ զինատեսակներ են օգտագործում և այլ ուղղություններով»,- նշեց պատգամավորը:
Մետաքսե Հակոբյանի փոխանցեց, որ վերջին օրերին Շուշիում ակտիվացել են զբոսաշրջիկների այցերը, շատերն էլ գալիս են են օկուպացված քաղաք բնակվելու նպատակով:
Նրա խոսքով` Շուշիից հնչող կրակողները հավանաբար պայմանավորված են «ադրբեջանցիների հաղթանակով, և քանի որ զինվորներն էլ քաղաքի մեջ են գտնվում, ոգևորվում են և կրակում մեր դիրքերի ուղղությամբ»:
«Կցանկանայի լրատվամիջոցներն անդրադառնային՝ ինչո՞վ է զբաղված Արցախի նախագահը, եթե նա անզոր է, ոչինչ չի կարող անել, ինչո՞ւ չի հեռանում, միթե այսքանից հետո գումար աշխատելն իր համար կարևոր է: Այսօր Ստեփանակերտը հիմնականում ջրազրկված է, իսկ վերջին մի քանի օրը հոսանքազրկումներ են լինում:
Մեր խմբակցությունը հոսանքազրկումների վերաբերյալ անընդհատ ԱԺ-ում այդ հարցը բարձրացնում է, պարզվեց, որ հոսանքի հետ կապված խնդիրներ կան, իսկ ջուրն իրենց ասելով երաշտի արդյունք է, հուսանք, որ այդպես է, բայց ես չեմ հիշում, որ որևէ տարի այսպիսի դեպք եղած լինի, չնայած, որ առաջին տարին չի, որ Արցախում երաշտ է եղել: Հոսանքազրկումները ազդում են նաև քաղաքացիների վրա, նրանք սկսում են խուճապի մատնվել: Ստեփանակերտը ամենախիտ բնակեցված բնակավայրն է, գրեթե Արցախի կեսը Ստեփանակերտում է ապրում, գյուղերում ևս հոսանքի և ջրի խնդիրը մեծանում է», - հավելեց նա:
Մետաքսե Հակոբյանի կարծիքով, ադրբեջանցիների ակտիվությունը վերջին շրջանում պայմանավորված է «խաղաղության պայմանագրի» կնքման հետ, այդ կերպ փորձում են ճնշում գործադրել:
«Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարները համատեղ հող են նախապատրաստում, որ սեպտեմբերին «խաղաղության պայմանագրի» ստորագրման մեկնարկը տրվի: Տեսնում ենք՝ ադրբեջանական կողմից հնչող հայտարարություններ, իսկ հայկական կողմը լռում է`միայն պոպուլիստական հայտարարություններ են հնչում, և վերջ: Հավանաբար սեպտեմբերին կրկին ճնշումներ կլինեն, 44-օրյա պատերազմի փոքր տեսակը շոուի ձևով կիրականացվի, ինչը հայկական իշխանությունները սովոր են անելու, որպեսզի «Խաղաղության պայմանագիր» կնքվի»,- եզրափակեց նա:
