Առաջին դասարանցիների ծնողները կարող են նպաստ ստանալ
SOCIETY«Պետական նպաստների մասին» օրենքի 18-րդ հոդվածով սահմանված են հրատապ օգնության տեսակները և տրամադրման հիմքերը, որոնցից մեկն էլ ընտանիքում երեխայի առաջին դասարան ընդունվելն է։
Իրավաբան.net-ը հայտնում է, որ նույն օրենքի 20-րդ հոդվածով էլ սահմանված է երեխայի՝ առաջին դասարան ընդունվելու միանվագ հրատապ օգնության իրավունքը և դրա տրամադրման կարգը։
1. Երեխայի՝ առաջին դասարան ընդունվելու միանվագ հրատապ օգնության իրավունք ունի դիմելու ամսվա դրությամբ ընտանեկան նպաստի իրավունք ունեցող այն ընտանիքը, որի անչափահաս անդամներից մեկն ընդունվել է հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատության առաջին դասարան:
2. Երեխայի՝ առաջին դասարան ընդունվելու միանվագ հրատապ օգնություն ստանալու համար ընտանիքի չափահաս անդամներից մեկը դիմում է տարածքային կենտրոն:
3. Երեխայի՝ առաջին դասարան ընդունվելու միանվագ հրատապ օգնությունը նշանակվում է, եթե ընտանիքի չափահաս անդամներից մեկը դիմել է երեխայի՝ առաջին դասարան ընդունվելու տարվա օգոստոս, սեպտեմբեր, հոկտեմբեր ամիսների ընթացքում, և ընտանիքը դիմելու ամսվա դրությամբ ունի ընտանեկան նպաստ ստանալու իրավունք:
4. Երեխայի՝ առաջին դասարան ընդունվելու միանվագ հրատապ օգնությունը նշանակվում է ընտանիքի՝ առաջին դասարան ընդունվող յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի համար:
5. Երեխայի առաջին դասարան ընդունվելու միանվագ հրատապ օգնությունը վճարվում է դիմելու ամսվան հաջորդող ամսվա ընթացքում:
