Ադրբեջանական զինծառայողն ինքնաձիգը պարզեց մեր ուղղությամբ. ՀՀ ՄԻՊ
SOCIETYՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը գրում է. «Ադրբեջանական զինծառայողն ինքնաձիգը պարզեց մեր ուղղությամբ․ ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը սեփական օրինակով է համոզվել Սյունիքում ճանապարհներին ադրբեջանական ներկայությունը իրական վտանգ է մարդու համար
Անցյալ շաբաթ ինքներս համոզվեցինք, որ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների ներկայությունը ՀՀ Սյունիքի համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներին մարդկանց առաջնահերթ կյանքի ու ազատ տեղաշարժման իրավունքների խախտում է:
Մասնավորապես, Սյունիքի մարզի Կապան, Տեղ համայնքներ, գյուղեր այցերից վերադարձի M2 միջպետական ճանապարհին փորձնական 1-2 րոպեով կանգնեցինք այն հատվածներում, որտեղ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերն են տեղակայված:
Փորձում էինք հասկանալ, թե ինչ տեղի կունենա, եթե ինչ-որ օբյեկտիվ պատճառով, ասենք, մեքենայի անսարքության կամ ուղևորի ինքնազգացողությունը վատանալու պատճառով քաղաքացիական մեքենա կանգնի այդ հատվածում: Մենք ինքներս, իհարկե, քաղաքացիական մեքենաներով էինք:
Այս լուսանկարում Գորիսի Շուռնուխ և Կապանի Դավիթ Բեկ գյուղերի միջև ճանապարհի հատվածն, որը ցույց է տալիս ադրբեջանական տեղակայումներից մեկը: Մեր կանգնելուն պես ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողը նկատեց մեզ, անմիջապես մտավ շինություն (տնակ) և ինքնաձիգը ձեռքին դուրս եկավ ու այն պարզեց մեր ուղղությամբ:
Մեկ այլ տեղում 1-2 րոպե կանգնելուց հետո ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները զինված սկսեցին անհանգիստ շարժումներ անել՝ հեռադիտակով հետևելով մեզ, ապա սկսեցին սուլոցներ արձակել ու ինչ-որ գոռգոռցներ։
Մենք սեփական փորձով համոզվեցինք, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողների ինքնին ներկայությունը Սյունիքի համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներին ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակչության կյանքի, ազատ տեղաշարժման ու այլ կենսական իրավունքների խախտում է: Այս հիմնավորումները համապատասխան ապացույցներով կդրվեն անվտանգության գոտու հայեցակարգի հիմքում կներառվեն ու նույնպես կուղարկվեն միջազգային համապատասխան կառույցներին:
