Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շնորհավորական ուղերձը Հայաստանի Անկախության հռչակագրի ընդունման 31-ամյակի կապակցությամբ.

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սիրելի՛ քաղաքացիներ,

Այսօր լրանում է Հայաստանի Անկախության հռչակագրի ընդունման 31-ամյակը: Մեր պետության ու ժողովրդի համար պատմական այդ փաստաթուղթը, որն ընդունվեց Գերագույն խորհրդի կողմից, ազդարարեց անկախ պետականության հաստատման գործընթացի մեկնարկը: Այդ փաստաթուղթը հիմնված էր անկախ պետություն ունենալու հայ ժողովրդի անկոտրում կամքի վրա:

Անցած երեք տասնամյակների ընթացքում մենք անցել ենք բազում փորձությունների միջով, ունեցել ենք հաջողություններ, նաև դժվարություններ ու ձախողումներ: Ու կարևոր է ընդգծել, որ ամուր և ինքնիշխան պետականություն ունենալու մեր կամքն անսասան է և այդ կամքը պիտի արտահայտվի պետությունը և պետական ինստիտուտները կայացնելու, ուժեղացնելու մեր ամենօրյա աշխատանքում:

Մենք Անկախության հռչակագիրն ընդունած սերնդի ներկայացուցիչն ենք, և սա պատմական առաքելություն է մեզ համար՝ հաղթահարել մարտահրավերները, ամրացնել մեր պետականության հիմքերը, բարձրացնել նրա միջազգային հեղինակությունը, մեծացնել ներդրումային գրավչությունը, կերտել անսասան քաղաքացիական պատասխանատվություն ու վստահություն՝ պետության հանդեպ: Այս առաքելությունը մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրի վրա դնում է առանձնահատուկ պատասխանատվություն:
