Փաշինյանը խուսափեց կրկնել «Հադրութն ու Շուշին օկուպացված են» միտքը
POLITICSԵս ՀՀ տարբեր ղեկավարների հանդեպ տարբեր վերաբերմունք եմ ունեցել, բայց առաջին անգամ տիեզերական ամոթի զգացում եմ ունենում։ ԱԺ-ում այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 24-ին, դիմելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամ Քրիստինե Վարդանյանը ու հարց տալուց առաջ միացրեց 2016 թվականի Փաշինյանի ելույթից մի ձայնագրություն, որտեղ վերջինս ասում է, թե չի կարող փոխզիջումների մասին խոսք լինել, իսկ Ալիեւի ագրեսիվ պահվածքի պայմաններում խոսել փոխզիջումների մասին, նշանակում է խոսել ՀՀ-ի եւ Արցախի կապիտուլացիայի մասին։
«Ուրեմն ի՞նչ էր նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթուղթը, որ ստորագրեցիք թաքուն, եւ ո՞վ եք Դուք»,-հարցրեց Վարդանյանը։
«Չգիտեմ այդ ձայնագրությունը միացնելով Դուք ինչ նկատի ունեիք։ Ամեն ինչ, ինչ ասված էր այդտեղ, ճշգրիտ էր ասված։ Դա ասված էր 2016-ին՝ գնահատելով այն գործընթացը, որ տեղի էր ունենում բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ։ Եթե ասվում է, թե մեր հայրենիքի 70 տոկոսը կորսվել է, ինչու՞ է այդ 70 տոկոսի 80 տոկոսը Ադրբեջանին հանձնվելու մասին անխուսափելիությունը բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ ընդունվել ավելի քան 15 տարի»,- ի պատասխան փաստեց վարչապետը։
Խոսելով նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության մասին, նա նաեւ ընդգծեց, որ ոչ մեկից, այդ թվում ընդդիմադիրներից չի լսել, թե պետք է Հայաստանի ստորագրությունը հետ կանչել այդ փաստաթղթի տակից։ «2020-ի օգոստոսի 23-ին, գուցե ամսաթիվը ճիշտ չեմ հիշում, ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ-ը Անվտանգության խորհրդին զեկուցել է, որ Հայաստանի բանակը պատրաստ է ոչ մի քայլ հետ տրամաբանությամբ ապահովել ԼՂՀ-ի անվտանգությունը։ Ձեր միացրած ձայնագրությունը ապացուցեց, որ իմ ասածը եւ գործողությունները համապատասխանում են իրար։ Իսկ նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթուղթը ստորագրվել է, որովհետեւ ոմանց խոսքը չի համապատասխանել է այն զեկույցներին, որ նրանք տվել են»,- նկատեց Փաշինյանը։
Քրիստինե Վարդանյանը, որպես «նվեր» առաջարկեց Փաշինյանին՝ այս պահին կարո՞ղ է գոնե ասել, թե Շուշին ու Հադրութը ժամանակավորապես օկուպացված են Ադրբեջանի կողմից։ Փոխարենը Փաշինյանը ընդամենը հիշեցրեց, որ իր ասելիքն ամփոփված է կառավարության ծրագրում։
«Հիմա Ձեր նպատակն ի՞նչ է, որ ես հայտարարություն անեմ, որ սպառնալիք ստեղծեմ ՀՀ-ի եւ Արցախի անվտանգության համար։ Սա ռազմահայրենասիրական թեմաններով ելույթներ ունենալու երեկույթ չէ։ Մեր հայտարարություններն ունեն ուղղակի ազդեցություն տարածաշրջանի միջավայրի եւ ռազմաքաղաքական իրադրության վրա։ Ես ՀՀ քաղաքացիներից ոչ թե հայրենասիրական ոտանավորներ ասելու, այլ խաղաղ դարաշրջան բացելու մանդատ եմ ստացել»,-ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
