Ռուսաստանի ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը կոչ է անում երկրում գտնվող օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներին մինչև սեպտեմբերի 30-ը կարգավորել իրենց օրինական կարգավիճակը:
«Նոր կորոնավիրուսային վարակի (COVID-19) տարածման հետեւանքների հաղթահարման ժամանակահատվածում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում գտնվող օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների եւ քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձանց իրավական կարգավիճակի կարգավորման ժամանակավոր միջոցառումների մասին» ՌԴ նախագահի հունիսի 15-ի հրամանագրով»» օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներին եւ քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձանց, ովքեր ժամանել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն մինչեւ 2020 թվականի մարտի 15-ը, եւ նրանք, ովքեր 2021 թվականի հունիսի 16-ի դրությամբ չունեն Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում մնալու օրինական հիմքեր, հնարավորություն է տրվում դիմում ներկայացնել Ռուսաստանի ներքին գործերի նախարարության տարածքային մարմիններին՝ մինչեւ սեպտեմբերի 30-ը իրավական իրավիճակի կարգավորման վերաբերյալ:
Հոկտեմբերի 1-ից դադարելու է գործել սույն հրամանագրով սահմանված՝ միգրացիոն օրենսդրության խախտմամբ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տարածքում գտնվող օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների եւ քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձանց՝ Ռուսաստանից հարկադիր հեռացման վերաբերյալ միջոցների կիրառման ժամանակավոր արգելքը, իսկ հետագայում` մուտքի արգելքի, ինչպես նաեւ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում մնալու (բնակության) անցանկալիության, երկիր մուտք գործելը չթույլտրելու, ժամանակավոր կեցության ժամկետի կրճատման որոշումները:
Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը, հրամանագրի վերոնշյալ նորմերի ժամկետի ավարտին մոտ, Ռուսաստանի ներքին գործերի նախարարության միգրացիոն կենտրոններում եւ տարածքային մարմիններում հերթերից խուսափելու համար օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներին եւ քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձանց խորհուրդ է տալիս փաստաթղթերը ստանալու համար դիմել նախապես, ինչպես նաեւ այցելել ավելի պակաս ծանրաբեռնված ժամերին՝ կեսօրից հետո», – նշվում է գերատեսչության հաղորդագրության մեջ:
