BLOGՕգոստոսի 24-ին օրվա ընթացքում եւ մինչեւ ուշ գիշեր Շուշիի մոտակայքում՝ մասնավորապես Շոշ եւ Մխիթարաշեն համայնքների ուղղությամբ տեղակայված դիրքերից ադրբեջանական կողմը ակտիվորեն եւ տեւական կրակահերթեր է արձակել հայկական դիրքերի եւ դրանց մոտակայքում տեղակայված հայկական խաղաղ բնակավայրերի ուղղությամբ։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Արցախի Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը։
Նա, մասնավորապես, գրել է.
«Ասկերանի շրջանի Մխիթարաշեն գյուղի դիմաց տեղակայված հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ արձակված կրակոցներից տարբեր զինատեսակների բեկորները հասել են գյուղի բնակելի հատված, իսկ օգոստոսի 24-ին՝ ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում Շուշիի հատվածից արձակված կրակոցներից տուժել է համայնքի բնակիչներից մեկի տունը։
Ադրբեջանի վարքագիծը եւս մեկ անգամ ի ցույց է դնում, որ խաղաղ բնակավայրերի հարեւանությամբ տեղակայված ադրբեջանական դիրքերը պետք է հեռացվեն բնակավայրերից այնպիսի հեռավորության վրա, որտեղից հնարավոր չի լինի ուղիղ դիտարկմամբ նշանառության տակ պահել քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերը, քանի որ դրանք անմիջական եւ իրական սպառնալիք են հանդիսանում Արցախի ժողովրդի կյանքի, առողջության եւ այլ կենսական իրավունքների, ֆիզիկական եւ հոգեկան անձեռնմխելիության համար։
Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի անօրինական գործողությունների պատճառով խաթարվում է սահմանամերձ դարձած բնակավայրերում խաղաղ բնակչության բնականոն կյանքն ու գործունեությունը։
Եվս մեկ անգամ ընդգծում եմ միջադեպերի քննության հստակ մեխանիզմների ներդրման կարեւորությունը, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա պատասխանատվության ենթարկել միջադեպերի հեղինակներին եւ կանխել դրանց հետագա կրկնությունը»։
