«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախընտրական ժամանակահատվածում ԱԺ պատգամավոր Գևորգ Պապոյանի՝ Facebook-ի էջում կատարած գրառումներից մեկի ներքո օգտատերերից մեկը հարցրել էր, թե Կաքավաձոր գյուղի ճանապարհների հարցը երբ պետք է լուծվի: Պապոյանն ի պատասխան նշել էր. «Գյուղով ընտրեք «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությանը, և մենք այդ հարցը առաջիկա 1-2 տարում կլուծենք»: Սույն փաստը 2021 թ. մայիսի 27ին արձանագրել են լրատվամիջոցները:

«Փաստ» թերթը գրավոր հարցում էր ուղարկել ՀՀ դատախազություն՝ խնդրելով պատասխանել, թե Գ. Պապոյանի նշյալ գրառումը դիտարկվե՞լ է որպես ընտրակաշառքի խոստում, և արդյո՞ք հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Դատախազությունից ի պատասխան տեղեկացրել են, որ Գևորգ Պապոյանի այդ գրառումը մամուլի մշտադիտարկման արդյունքում ուսումնասիրվել է: «Արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ այն նախապատրաստվող կամ կատարված հանցագործության մասին տեղեկություններ չի պարունակել, հետևաբար ՀՀ Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով չի ստուգվել»,- նշված է դատախազության պատասխանում:

Նման պատասխանն, իհարկե, սպասելի էր, քանզի խոսքը իշխանական ուժի պատգամավորի մասին է: Դժվար չէ պատկերացնել, թե ինչ ծանր մեղադրանքներ կբարդվեին, եթե Պապոյանը ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր կամ պատգամավորի թեկնածու լիներ: Պրոֆեսոր Արմեն Չարչյանը, Մխիթար Զաքարյանը, Արթուր Սարգսյանը, Սյունիքի ներկա համայնքապետները՝ վառ օրինակ, որոնց նկատմամբ իշխանությունները քաղաքական հետապնդում են իրականացնում:
