Ադրբեջանական զորքը փակել է Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհը
SOCIETYԱդրբեջանական 50-ից ավել զինված ծառայողներ 3 ժամից ավելի փակել են Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիսից Կապան տանող միջպետական ճանապարհը՝ Դավիթ Բեկ գյուղին մոտ: Հրաժարվում են բացել: Այս արարքները հանցավոր են, սահմանափակել են մարդկանց, ողջ քաղաքացիական բնակչության, այդ թվում՝ երեխաներ, կանայք, տարեցներ, ազատ տեղաշարժը:
Այս ամենը հավաստող ահազանգեր ենք ստանում քաղաքացիական բնակիչներից: Այդքան զգուշացնում եմ այս վտանգի մասին ու ասում եմ, թե ինչ պետք է անել ու հրատապ անել. ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողների ներկայությունը ՀՀ Սյունքի համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներին հանցավոր է և վերջ:
Դա ինքին խախտում է մարդկանց կյանքի, ազատ տեղաշարժման և միջազգայնորեն երաշխավորված այլ կենսական իրավունքներ: Փաստերից ինձ համար ակնհայտ է, որ սա նախապես պլանավորված բացահայտ հանցագործություն է ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակչության դեմ:
Տեղյակ եմ, որ ՌԴ սահմանապահ ծառայողները տեղում վարել են ճանապարհը բացելու բանակցություններ և նրանց ջանքերով քաղաքացիկան մեքենաները դուրս են բերվել: Ըստ ստուգված տվյալների՝ բանակցությունները առավոտ են շարունակվելու. հրաժարվել են բացել: Վաղ առավոտյան այս միջադեպով հատուկ հաղորդումներ կուղարկվեն համապատասխան միջազգային մարմիններին:
