Կալիֆորնիա նահանգում հայազգի նախկին դատապարտյալին ցմահ ազատազրկում է սպառնում։
Dailynews-ի փոխանցմամբ, դատարանը նրան մեղավոր է ճանաչել մի ամբողջ շարք հանցանքներում, այդ թվում Պանորամա Սիթի քաղաքում մոտոցիկլիստին գնդակահարելու, նաեւ Սան Վելլի բնակավայրում տեղի ունեցած վթարի համար, երբ մի կին եւ իր երեք երեխաներն էին վիրավորվել։ Լոս Անջելեսի կենտրոնի դատարանը 37-ամյա Արտյոմ Գասպարյանին մեղավոր է ճանաչել թվով 30 մեղադրանքներով։ 2015թ․ դեկտեմբերի 30-ին նա կրակել էր մի տղամարդու ուղղությամբ, որը կորցրել էր կառավարումն ու մահացել։
Գասպարյանին մեղավոր են ճանաչել նաեւ 2015-2016 թվականներին կատարած հանցանքների, այդ թվում՝ դատարկ մեքենաները գնդակոծելու, ոստիկանի մեքենայից փախուստի դիմելու, վտանգավոր երթեւեկության, հրազենով հարձակում գործելու եւ մի շարք այլ հանցանքների համար։ Նրա վճիռը հրապարակվելու է դեկտեմբերի 9-ին։ Լոս Անջելեսի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Չարլի Բեքը Արտյոմ Գասպարյանին անվանել էր չափազանց վտանգավոր հանցագործ, որին պետք է մեկուսացնել։
