Ճանապարհը փակ է Շուռնուխից քիչ այնկողմ  գտնվող Չայզամի գյուղի, ինչպես նաև Որոտան և Դավիթ Բեկ գյուղերի  կողմից։ Գորիսից Կապան և Կապանից Գորիս գնալ այս պահին հնարավոր չէ, երկկողմանի փակ է։ Այս մասին Tert-am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Բարձրավան գյուղի գյուղապետ Օնիկ Ավագյանը։

Վերջինս նշեց, որ այս պահին միակ այլընտրանքային ճանապարհը Աղվանի գյուղով տանող ճանապարհն է, որը, սակայն, այս պահին անմխիթար վիճակում է։ «Սովորական մեքենայով հնարավոր չէ երթևեկել այս ճանապարհով, երեւի ամենագնացներ են պետք այդ ճանապարհով անցնելու համար։ Մեր գյուղում խուճապ չկա, բայց անհանգստություն, բնականաբար, կա»։

Ավագյանը նշեց, որ երեկ արգելափակված մեքենաների համար ռուսների միջամտությամբ ճանապարհը բացել են, որից հետո կրկին փակել։ «Ադրբեջանցիների հետ այս պահին բանակցում են մեր սահմանապահները և ռուսները»։

Հարցին՝ տեղյա՞կ է` Ռուստամ Մուրադովը նույնպե՞ս այնտեղ է, Ավագյանը նշեց, որ տեղեկություն չունի այդ մասին։ Մենք զրուցեցինք նաև Շուռնուխի գյուղապետ Հակոբ Արշակյանի հետ, ով ևս նշեց, որ ճանապարհը շարունակվում է երկկողմանի փակ մնալ։

«Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհը  չի շահագործվում, ոչ մի տրանսպորտային միջոց չի անցնում։ Ես փորձեցի մոտենալ մեր սահմանապահ զորքին ինֆորմացիա իմանալու համար, սակայն թույլ չտվեցին` ավելորդ լարվածություն չստեղծելու համար»։

Հարցին՝ ի՞նչ իրավիճակ է Շուռնուխում, Արշակյանը նշեց, որ գյուղում այս պահին իրավիճակը հանգիստ է։ «Սահմանապահները հսկում են իրավիճակը,  ինքս էլ այս պահին փորձում եմ որևէ նոր ինֆորմացիա իմանալ իրավիճակի մասին»,- ասաց Հակոբ Արշակյանը։
