Գորիս–Կապան ճանապարհը բացելու շուրջ բանակցությունները այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 26-ին, ժամը 15։00-ի սահմանում վերսկսվել են։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Սյունիքի փոխմարզպետ Կամո Ավանեսյանը։
«Առավոտյան էին եղել բանակցություններ, ապա դադարել էին, հետո վերսկսվեցին կեսօրին։ Եռակողմ բանակցություններ են ընթանում։ Սպասվում ենք դրական արդյունքի, որ այսօր հարցը լուծվի, ճանապարհը բացվի։ Մինչեւ երեկոյան ժամը 6-ը պարզ կդառնա»,– ասաց Կամո Ավանեսյանը՝ նշելով, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը նախ հրաժարվել է հանդիպել հայկական կողմի հետ, ապա համաձայնել է։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ադրբեջանցիները գիշերը ժամը 23։00-ից փակել են Գորիս–Կապան ավտոճանապարհի Շուռնուխ–Կարմրաքար հատվածը՝ Շուռնուխ գյուղից մոտ 10 կմ հեռավորության վրա, հրաժարվում են բացել։ Գիշերը տարհանվել են ճանապարհին գտնվող շուրջ 4 տասնյակ ավտոմեքենաները։ Այս պահին Կապան–Գորիս ավտոմայրուղին Որոտան գյուղի մոտից փակ է։
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակը ահազանգել է, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողները կեսօրին փակել են նաև Գորիսից Որոտան տանող ճանապարհը։
