Շոյգուն գնահատել է ՀԱՊԿ գործողությունները՝ Աֆղանստանից եկող սպառնալիքի ֆոնին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների նախազգուշացնող գործողությունները ճիշտ է անվանել Աֆղանստանից եկող սպառնալիքների ֆոնին և կողմ է հանդես եկել կազմակերպության շրջանակում ռազմական համագործակցության հետագա զարգացմանը:
«Աֆղնաստանի իրադարձությունները, այն ամենն, ինչ այնտեղ տեղի է ունենում, հասկացրին մեզ, որ մենք ամեն ինչ ճիշտ ենք անում ՀԱՊԿ-ի մասով»,- ՏԱՍՍ գործակալության փոխանցմամբ՝ ասել է նախարարը:
Շոյգուն ընդգծել է, որ երբ Աֆղանստանում սկսել են գործողությունները զարգանալ, ՀԱՊԿ երկրները համատեղ զորավարժություններ են նախաձեռնել, որոնց շրջանակում Ռուսաստանը Տաջիկստանի և Ուզբեկստանի հետ ուսումնավարժանքներ է իրականացրել Աֆղանստանի հետ սահմանին:
Վերջինս հավելել է, որ Աֆղանստանում ստեղծված իրավիճակը հղի է գրոհայինների՝ ՀԱՊԿ երկրներ ներթափանցելու վտանգով: Նրա խոսքով՝ վտանգ է ներկայացնում նաև թմրաշրջանառությունը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ թալիբներն ակտիվ գործողությունների էին անցել Աֆղանստանից ամերիկյան զորքերի դուրսբերմանը զուգահեռ՝ օրեցօր նոր քաղաքներ գրավելով, իսկ օգոստոսի 15-ին մտել են Քաբուլ: Ժամեր անց երկրի նախագահ Աշրաֆ Ղանին հրաժարական է ներկայացրել և հեռացել երկրից: Ավելի ուշ հայտնիէ դարձել, որ թալիբները մտադիր են 12 անձից կազմված խորհուրդ ստեղծել՝ երկիրը կառավարելու համար:
