INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀետպատերազմական ժամանակահատվածը և միջազգային ուժերի գործողությունները վկայում են այն մասին, որ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը երբեք չէր կարգավորվի խաղաղ բանակցությունների ճանապարհով: Minval.az-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը՝ ելույթ ունենալով Շուշիում:
«Ինչպես հայտնի է, բանակցային գործընթացը տևել է շուրջ 30 տարի, սակայն ոչ մի արդյունք չի տվել: Իրադարձությունների ներկա ընթացքը և միջազգային ուժերի գործողությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ այդ հարցը երբեք լուծում չէր գտնի բանակցությունների ճանապարհով»,- աղբյուրը մեջբերում է Ալիևին:
Նրա խոսքով՝ միջազգային հանրությունը փորձում էր սառեցված հակամարտությունը ներկայացնել որպես այլընտրանք չունեցող տարբերակ:
«Իսկ մենք բոլորովին այլ կարծիքի էինք, և ես երբեք դա չեմ թաքցրել: Ես ասել եմ, որ եթե հարցը խաղաղ ճանապարհով չլուծվի, մենք կվերականգնենք մեր տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ռազմական ճանապարհով»,- ասել է Ալիևը:
