BLOG17 զինծառայող է զոհվել, այդ թվում՝ 2 սպա, մեղադրական եզրակացության մեջ ձեւակերպված է՝ « նյութական ծանր հետեւանքներ է առաջացրել»: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է լրագրող Ոսկան Սարգսյանը` անդրադառնալով N զորամասի հրամանատարի ՝ մարտական պատրաստության գծով տեղակալ Անդրանիկ Վերանյանին գործին:
«Զոհվածների հարազատների խնդրանքը՝ դատը Երեւանում անցկացնել, հաշվի չեն առել
Սեպտեմբերի 7-ին Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Գորիսի նստավայրում նշանակված է Անդրանիկ Վերանյանի դատավարության առաջին նիստը։ Ըստ Գորիսի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազության առաջադրած մեղադրանքի՝ Անդրանիկ Վերանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել , որ հանդիսանալով N զորամասի հրամանատարի ՝ մարտական պատրաստության գծով տեղակալ, այսինքն՝ պետ(հրամանատար), ՀՀ-ում հայտարարված ռազմական դրության պայմաններում անձնական շահագրգռվածությունից ելնելով՝ չարաշահել է իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը, որն անզգուշությամբ նյութական ծանր հետեւանքներ է առաջացրել։ Ա․ Վերանյանին մեղադրանք էառաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 375 հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով։ Սույն հոդվածը որպես պատիժ նախատեսում է 7-13 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում։ Նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը։
17 զինծառայող է զոհվել, այդ թվում՝ 2 սպա, մեղադրական եզրակացության մեջ ձեւակերպված է՝ « նյութական ծանր հետեւանքներ է առաջացրել »։ Դեպքը եղել է 2020թ. հոկտեմբերի 9-ին ,երբ վերադաս հրամանատարությունից ստացվել է հրաման՝ զորամասի ողջ, այդ թվում՝ ինժեներասակրավորային վաշտի անձնակազմը Արցախի Հանրապետության Հորադիզի շրջանից Տիլի գյուղ տեղափոխելու վերաբերյալ։ Զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողները պատմում են, որ իրենց տղաները ծառայում էին Մեղրիի զորամասերից մեկում։ Պատերազմի օրերին նրանց տեղափոխել են Արցախ, ու մինչև հոկտեմբերի 9-ը կռվել են։ Հետո հրաման են ստացել Արցախի Ջաբրայիլի հատվածից տեղափոխվել Տիլի գյուղ։ Ճանապարհին տեսել են, որ ԱԹՍ-ներ են երկնքում , վաշտի հրամանատար Տարոն Նիկողոսյանը իջեցրել է ավտոմեքենայից, պառկեցրել գետին։ Այդ ժամանակ եկել է փոխգնդապետ, զորամասի հրամանատարի մարտական գծով տեղակալ Անդրանիկ Վերանյանը ու վիճաբանել Նիկողոսյանի հետ, թե ինչու են կանգնել։ Նրան ցույց են տվել, որ վերևում ԱԹՍ-ներն են, ձայնն էլ լսվել է, մահվան վտանգ կա, ինքն ասել է՝ էդ ձեր գործը չէ, ՀՕՊ-ի գործն է։Ասել են՝ մի քիչ էլ մնանք, կշարժվենք, ԱԹՍ-ից փրկվենք, սակայն Վերանյանը ստիպել է՝ լցվեք ու շարժվեք, հրաման է, պիտի կատարեք։ 16 զինվոր եւ 2 սպա նստել են « Ուրալ» ավտոմեքենան, շարժվել են, մի քանի րոպե հետո ԱԹՍ-ը հարվածել է, 17 զինծառայող զոհվել են, ընդամենը մեկն է ողջ մնացել։ Տղաները, իմանալով, որ իրենց կյանքի վերջին վայրկյաններն են, զոհվելուց առաջ սկսել են երգել՝ «Պատերազմ եք գնում, բարով գնացեք»։ Այդ տեսանյութը կա, հեռախոսով այն նկարել է միակ ողջ մնացած տղան՝ Արմեն Հակոբյանը, ում եկվորյակ եղբայրը զոհվել է այդ ժամանակ։
Զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատները գրավոր դիմել են, որ դատավարությունը Երեւանում կամ՝ այլ, տուժողների մեծամասնության բնակության վայրին ավելի մոտ գտնվող քաղաքի դատարանում անցկացվի, սակայն այդ խնդրանքը հաշվի չեն առել։
17 զոհվածների մեջ է իմ աներձագի միակ որդին՝ Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ Բաղանիս գյուղի բնակիչ Գեւորգ Ղուզանյանը, ով ընդամենը 19 տարեկան էր»,- գրել է նա։
