INTERVIEWԱդրբեջանը, Թուրքիայի հանցակցությամբ, գրոհայիններ է ուղարկում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի օկուպացված հատված: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի (Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ) արտաքին գործերի նախարար Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
«Այն բանից հետո, երբ Աֆղանստանում «Թալիբանը» վերցրեց իշխանությունը, «Ալ Քաիդա»-ի գրոհայիններից մի քանիսը շտապ կարգով տեղակայվեցին Ադրբեջանի կողմից օկուպացված Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքներում: Դա արվում է Թուրքիայի հետ համատեղ եւ մի քանի նպատակ է հետապնդում: Բնականաբար, Թուրքիան ցանկանում է փրկել իր զինյալների ողնաշարը, որն օգտագործում է տարբեր տարածաշրջաններում, հիմնականում Մերձավոր Արեւելքում: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի օկուպացված տարածքներում գրոհայինների տեղակայումը լուրջ խնդիրներ կստեղծի Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի, ընդհանրապես տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության համար եւ մի տեսակ վերահսկողություն է բուն Ադրբեջանի վրա: Այս շրջաններում արդեն կան բազմաթիվ միջազգային ահաբեկչական խմբավորումներ, որոնք իրականում չեն վերահսկվում Բաքվի կողմից, բայց վերահսկվում են Թուրքիայի կողմից:
Այսպիսով, Թուրքիան ամրապնդում է իր դիրքերը Ադրբեջանում: Չնայած «եղբայրության», «մեկ ժողովուրդ՝ երկու պետության» մասին կարգախոսներին, Թուրքիան ուժային լծակներ է օգտագործում, որպեսզի «եղբայրը» չվերանայի իր «եղբայրական հարաբերությունները» Անկարայի առաջադրանքի հարցում: Մենք տեսնում ենք խորապես մտածված աշխարհաքաղաքական գիծ, որտեղ ակտիվորեն օգտագործվում են արմատական ահաբեկչական ուժեր: Տեղի ունեցողը ինչ-որ կերպ թաքցնելու համար տեղեկություններ են տարածվում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի օկուպացված հատված իբր աֆղանցի փախստականների տեղափոխման մասին: Բոլորս էլ գիտենք, որ Աֆղանստանից փախստականները նախընտրում են արեւմտյան երկրները: Քանի որ փախստականներն այն մարդիկ են, ովքեր այս կամ այն կերպ համագործակցել են արեւմտյան կոալիցիայի հետ, ունեն մոտեցումներ, որոնք տարբերվում են Աֆղանստանում հասարակական կարգի եւ պետականաշինության հարցում «Թալիբան»-ի մոտեցումներից, եւ նրանք անելիք չունեն Ադրբեջանում, հատկապես օկուպացված տարածքներում, որտեղ Ադրբեջանը ոչնչացնում է ամեն ինչ, այդ տարածքները վերածում է պլացդարմի: Հետեւաբար, անհրաժեշտ է, որ այս տեղեկատվությունը վերստուգեն միջազգային կառույցները եւ շահագրգիռ պետությունների համապատասխան կառույցները՝ հաշվի առնելով, թե կայունությանն ու անվտանգությանը ինչ սպառնալիք է ներկայացնում գրոհայինների այս տեղափոխումը»,- նշեց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
