Արցախում կհիմնվի 1000 սոցիալական բիզնես

Արցախցիներին սեփական կայուն եկամտով ապահովելու, վերջիններիս շրջանում ձեռներեցությամբ զբաղվելը խթանելու և կյանքի որակը բարձրացնելու նպատակով Արցախում կհիմնվի 1,000 սոցիալական բիզնես։
«1000 բիզնեսի հիմնման գործում ներդրում կունենա Հայաստանից և Սփյուռքից 1000 հայ ընտանիք։ Նախաձեռնությունն արդեն իսկ գործնական փուլում է. «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Հայկակ Արշամյանի հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ նախատեսված թվից 100 բիզնեսի հիմնում (ջերմոցային տնտեսություն) կիրականացվի վերջիններիս աջակցությամբ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունից:
Նախաձեռնությունը ողջունել է նաև Հայկական բարեգործական ընդհանուր միության (ՀԲԸՄ) կենտրոնական վարչության ժողովի անդամ Վազգեն Յակուբյանը, ՀԲԸՄ-ն ևս իր ներդրումը կունենա նախաձեռնության կայացման գործում։
«1000 սոցիալական բիզնես՝ 1000 հայ ընտանիքի կողմից» նախաձեռնության շրջանակում օգոստոսի 28-ից Արցախում մեկնարկել է սոցիալական ձեռնարկատիրական շաբաթ՝ ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության ու Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարության նախաձեռնությամբ՝ «Սոցիալական Ձեռներեցների դպրոց»-ի և Գավառի պետական համալսարանի «Յունուս կենտրոն»- ի հետ համատեղ։
Նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանն, Արցախ կատարած այցի շրջանակում, օգոստոսի 29-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարության պաշտոնատար անձանց ուղեկցությամբ հանդիպում է ունեցել դասընթացի մասնակիցների հետ։ Իր ելույթում նախարարն ընդգծել է ծրագրի անցկացման կարևորությունը՝ նշելով, որ սա հնարավորություն կտա արցախցիներին ձեռք բերել սոցիալական բիզնես հմտություններ, իսկ լավագույն բիզնես գաղափարները կֆինանսավորվեն։
Վերջինիս խոսքով՝ այս գործընթացում էական է Արցախի պետական համալսարանում սոցիալական բիզնես հանգույցի հիմնումը:
«Կենտրոնը կլինի մի հարթակ, որտեղ կրթական տարբեր նախաձեռնությունների ու գործընթացների միջոցով կհիմնվեն սոցիալական բիզնեսներ: Մեր նպատակն է՝ այդ հարթակի միջոցով Արցախում ստեղծել շուրջ 1000 սոցիալական բիզնես: Նախարարությունը հանձն է առել սոցիալական աջակցության ծրագրերից անցում կատարել զարգացման ծրագրերի և ստեղծել կայուն զարգացման միջավայր, և այս ծրագիրը մեր տեսլականի առաջին քայլերից է», – նշել է Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը:
Հանդիպման շրջանակում նախարարը Արցախի հանրապետության պետական նախարար Արտակ Բեգլարյանի հետ քննարկել է բիզնես կենտրոնի հիմնման մանրամասներն ու համագործակցության տարբերակները։
