Ռուսաստանն ու Հայաստանը հակաօդային պաշտպանության միավորված համակարգի ստեղծման համաձայնագիր կստորագրեն

Ռուսաստանն ու Հայաստանը քննարկում են հակաօդային պաշտպանության միավորված տարածաշրջանային համակարգի ստեղծման մասին համաձայնագրի նախագիծը: Այս մասին, «ТАСС»-ի փոխանցմամբ, հայտարարել է ԱՊՀ-ի երկրների պաշտպանության նախարարների խորհրդին առընթեր ՀՕՊ-ի հարցերով համակարգող կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ, գեներալ-գնդապետ Յուրի Գրեխովը:
«Նման նախագծեր քննարկվում են Ղրղզստանի, Ղազախստանի և Հայաստանի հետ»,- ասել է Գրեխովը՝ նշելով, որ այժմ Ռուսաստանի և Տաջիկստանի հակաօդային պաշտպանության միավորված տարածաշրջանային համակարգի ստեղծման մասին համաձայնագիրն անցնում է վավերացման ընթացակարգը: Այդ համաձայնագիրը ստորագրվել է 2021-ի ապրիլի 27-ին:
Գրեխովը նշել է, որ ներկայում ներպետական համաձայնեցման գործընթաց է ընթանում Ռուսաստանի և Ղրղզստանի հակաօդային պաշտպանության միավորված տարածաշրջանային համակարգ ստեղծելու համաձայնագրի նախագծի ուղղությամբ։ Այդ աշխատանքի ավարտից հետո համաձայնագրի նախագիծը կներկայացվի երկու երկրների պաշտպանության նախարարներին ստորագրման համար։
Գեներալ-գնդապետ Գրեխովն ասել է, որ «շարունակվում է Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի, Ղազախստանի միջև համաձայնագրերի գործնական իրականացման աշխատանքը»:
Ներկայում ԱՊՀ-ի ՀՕՊ-ի միավորված համակարգի ուժերի և միջոցների կազմում ընդգրկված է ավիացիոն 19 զորամաս, զենիթահրթիռային զորքերի 38 ստորաբաժանում, ռադիոտեխնիկական զորքերի 15 ստորաբաժանում, ՀՕՊ-ի ինը բրիգադ և ռադիոէլեկտրոնային պայքարի երեք ստորաբաժանում: Այդ ուժերի և միջոցների ղեկավարումն իրականացնում են երկրների հրամանատարությունները, իսկ համատեղ գործողությունները համակարգում է ՀՕՊ-ի հարցերով Համակարգող կոմիտեի նախագահը:
Հայաստանի ու Ռուսաստանի միջև ԱՊՀ շրջանակում գործում է հակաօդային պաշտպանության միավորված համակարգ: Դրա գործարկմամբ երկու երկրների զինված ուժերի համատեղ զորավարժություններ են անցկացվել: Վերջին նման զորավարժությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2020-ի հուլիսին: Թե ինչով է տարբերվելու նոր համաձայնագիրը ՀՕՊ ոլորտում արդեն գործող պայմանագրային բազայից, չի հստակեցվում:
ՀՀ տարածքում տեղակայված 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմակայանի ՀՕՊ զորամասերն ու ՀՕՊ միջոցները համատեղ մարտական հերթապահություն են իրականացնում Հայաստանի ՀՕՊ և ԶՈւ ստորաբաժանումների հետ՝ ԱՊՀ ՀՕՊ միացյալ համակարգի շրջանակում:
