VIDEOԵթե Ադրբեջանը կառուցողական դիրքորոշում որդեգրի և իր զորքերը դուրս բերի Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքից, բարենպաստ պայմաններ կստեղծվեն սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման գործընթաց սկսելու համար, ասել է Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը`«Ռիա Նովոստիին» տված հարցազրույցում:
Պատասխանելով հարցին, թե ե՞րբ կարող են կողմերի միջև դելիմիտացիայի և դեմարկացիայի շուրջ բանակցույուններ սկսել, Արարատ Միրզոյանն ասել է․ – «Այս պահին ընթանում են բանակցություններ, որոնց արդյունքները ցույց կտան պաշտոնական Բաքվի՝ համաձայնության գալու կարողության աստիճանը, ինչպես նաև վերջինիս պատրաստակամությունը՝ հրաժարվելու միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի և սկզբունքների կոպիտ խախտմամբ արհեստական օրակարգ նախաձեռնելու քաղաքականությունից»:
Թե երբ, որտեղ և կոնկրետ ում միջև են այդ բանակցությունները`Միրզոյանը չի հստակեցրել, միայն նշել է, թե դրանք ընթանում են ռուսական կողմի անմիջական մասնակցությամբ:
Արտգործնախարարի պաշտոնում Ռուսաստան կատարած առաջին այցի ընթացքում երեկ Արարատ Միրզոյանը հակամարտող կողմերի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի հաստատման բանակցությունների առաջնահերթ օրակարգում ընդգծել է Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցի քննարկումը՝ մինչև 44-օրյա պատերազմը գործող ձևաչափով՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակում։
