«Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանի ուղերձը Արցախի անկախության 30 ամյակի կապակցությամբ

30 տարի առաջ այս օրը՝ սեպտեմբերի 2-ին, Ստեփանակերտում տեղի ունեցած պատգամավորների մարզային և Շահումյանի շրջանային խորհրդի համատեղ նստաշրջանում որոշում կայացվեց Արցախի Հանրապետության հռչակման մասին։ Երեք ամիս անց՝ 1991-ի դեկտեմբերի 10-ին, արցախահայությունը հանրաքվեով ամրագրեց անկախ պետություն ունենալու իր իրավունքը։ Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության հռչակագիրն ընդունվեց 1992-ի հունվարի 8-ին՝ Գերագույն խորհրդի առաջին նստաշրջանի ընթացքում։
1991-ի սեպտեմբերի 2-ից արցախահայությունը լծվեց պետականաշինության բարդ ու երկարատև գործընթացին, որը, ցավոք, չտրվեց առանց անդառնալի կորուստների։ Բնականաբար, այս ճանապարհին եղել են նաև թերացումներ ու բացթողումներ, բայց այս ամենի հետ մեկտեղ քայլ առ քայլ ամրապնդվում և շոշափելի էր դառնում անկախ Արցախ ունենալու մեր բոլորի երազանքը։ Երազանք, որի կյանքի կոչման գործում շատ բան փոխվեց անցնող երեք տարվա ընթացքում։
Վերջին տարիների փորձը ցույց տվեց, որ մեր արժեքներին, միասնականությանը, մեր բանակին ու անվտանգությանը, մեր արտաքին քաղաքականությանն ու դիվանագիտությանը հասցված յուրաքանչյուր հարված ճակատագրական գին ունի մեզ համար։ Վերջին տարիների փորձը ծանր դաս պիտի լինի մեր բոլորի ու գալիք սերունդների համար։
Հավերժ երախտապարտ կլինենք Արցախի անկախության համար զոհված մեր հայորդիներին, մեր խոնարհումը նրանց ու նրանց ընտանիքներին։
Այսօր՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության հռչակումից 30 տարի անց, մենք բոլորս կանգնած ենք մեծագույն փորձությունների ու մարտահրավերների առաջ։ Մեզ բոլորիս՝ խոհեմություն, տոկունություն ու վճռականություն։
Արցախահայության՝ սեփական հողում ազատ, անկախ ապրելու իրավունքն այլընտրանք չունի։
