Դատախազի անարդյունավետ քննարկումները. ավելի շատ PR է անում, քան թե գործ

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունն ավելի շատ գովազդ է անում, քան իրականում աշխատում: Օրինակ՝ սեպտեմբերի 2-ին հրապարակված հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը հանդիպել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության գլխավոր դատախազ Իգոր Կրասնովի հետ։ Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ քննարկման առարկա է դարձել նաեւ 2020թ.-ի նոյեմբերի եռակողմ հայտարարությունից բխող՝ Ադրբեջանում ապօրինի կերպով պահվող ՀՀ ԶՈՒ զինծառայողների, քաղաքացիական եւ այլ անձանց վերադարձման վերաբերյալ պահանջների կատարման անհրաժեշտության հարցը։
Ընդ որում, սա այդ պաշտոնյաների 2-րդ հանդիպումն է պատերազմից հետո: Ստացվում է՝ 44-օրյա պատերազմից ինը ամիս անց գլխավոր դատախազը դեռ միայն քննարկում է գերիների հարցը, այլ ոչ թե կոնկրետ գործ անում: Եվ այսպիսի իրավիճակ է՝ ոչ միայն գերիների վերադարձի հարցի հետ կապված: Թավշյա հեղափոխությունից հետո՝ այս տարիների ընթացքում, Արթուր Դավթյանն ավելի շատ հայտարարություններ է արել, քան թե իրականում գործել: Խոսում էր Մարտի 1-ի դեպքերի բացահայտման մասին, բայց մինչեւ հիմա չեն պարզվել, թե ովքեր են սպանել 10-ը անմեղ զոհերին Երեւանի կենտրոնում, հետախուզման մեջ են գտնվում բազմաթիվ նախկին պաշտոնյաներ, որոնք այս ընթացքում ակտիվ հարցազրույցներ են տալիս, ազատ շրջում են այլ երկրներում, բայց նրանց այդպես էլ չեն կարողանում գտնել եւ արտահանձնել Հայաստան:
Դատախազը խոսում է ապօրինությունների, կոռուպցիայի բացահայտման մասին, բայց ոչ մի կոռումպացված նախկին չինովնիկ ճաղերի հետեւում չէ: Ստացվում է՝ դատախազը միայն հայտարարություններ անելուց է ակտիվ, իսկ աշխատանքի արդյունավետությունը զրոյական է»:
