Այս տարի Արցախի Հանրապետության հոբելյանն էր՝ 30-ամյակը։ Թվում է՝ պետք է մեծ շուքով նշեին, բայց ամեն ինչ անցավ ոչ տոնական մթնոլորտում։ Ստեփանակերտում սեպտեմբերի 2-ը որեւէ բանով չէր տարբերվում մյուս օրերից, միայն մի քանի տեղ եռագույնն էր ծածանվում, եւ վերջ։ Ոչ մի պաշտոնական միջոցառում, ոչ մի տոնական ծրագիր։ Արցախի իշխանություններն իրենց երկրի անկախության օրն այս տարի որոշել էին «նշել» ընդամենը ԱԺ հատուկ նիստ հրավիրելով, որին ո՛չ Հայաստանի, ո՛չ Արցախի առաջին դեմքերը ներկա չէին։

Եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին եւ Հայաստանի իշխող վերնախավին Ալիեւն էր «արգելել» ոտք դնել Արցախ, դրա համար էլ ՔՊ-ական «ուսապարկերն» անհեթեթ պատճառաբանություններով փորձում էին բացատրել նրա՝ Արցախ չայցելելը, ապա Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի պասիվությունն առնվազն տարօրինակ էր։ Նա ընդամենը սեպտեմբերի 2-ի առավոտյան Արցախի նախկին նախագահներ Բակո Սահակյանի եւ Արկադի Ղուկասյանի, Հայաստանից ժամանած ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորների ուղեկցությամբ այցելել էր Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքային հուշահամալիր եւ ծաղիկներ դրել՝ ի հիշատակ արցախյան եւ հայրենական պատերազմներում զոհվածների: Ուրիշ ոչ մի տեղ նա երեք օրվա ընթացքում չի երեւացել, այդ թվում՝ ԱԺ հատուկ նիստին։ Անգամ Ստեփանակերտում ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի գրասենյակի բացմանը չի մասնակցել, մինչդեռ Արցախի նախկին նախագահները ներկա են եղել։ Պատճառը կա՛մ այն է, որ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը խուսափում է Արցախի եւ Հայաստանի ընդդիմության հետ տետ ա տետ հանդիպելուց, կա՛մ մեզ աստիճանաբար հաշտեցնում են Արցախում պետություն եւ պետության ղեկավար չունենալու մտքի հետ։
