2021թ. սեպտեմբերի 4-ին՝ ժամը 02:55-ին, քաղաքացուց ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ զենքով հարձակվել են իր տան վրա, իսկ րոպեներ անց՝ ժամը 03:10-ին, տեղեկացրել նաև, որ իր տան դիմաց հայտնաբերել է իր եղբոր դին: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր մեկնած քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը Երևան քաղաքի Ներքին Շենգավիթ 11-րդ փողոց 2-րդ նրբանցքում հայտնաբերել է Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 45-ամյա տղամարդու դին:

Ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանոթյան աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ իրականացված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են տղամարդու՝ կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի  մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստանալու մի շարք հանգամանքներ, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, որը հանդիսանում է տուժածի հարևանությամբ բնակվող քրոջ որդին՝ ծնված 1995թ.:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ նշված օրը՝ ժամը 02:50-ին, Երևան քաղաքի Ներքին Շենգավիթ 11-րդ փողոցի 2-րդ նրբանցքում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել 45-ամյա տղամարդու և վերջինիս քրոջ որդու միջև, որի ժամանակ երիտասարդը, մորեղբորն ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, «Վինչեստեր» տեսակի 12 մմ տրամաչափի ողորկափող հրազենից 2 անգամ կրակել է նրա գլխին, ինչի արդյունքում ստացած վնասվածքներից տղամարդը տեղում մահացել է:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության  Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում հայտանբերվել է հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող «Վինչեստեր» տեսակի ողորկափող հրացանը, իսկ տան տանիքում՝ «Մակարով» տեսակի 9մմ տրամաչափի ատրճանակ:

Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբժշկական, դատաձգաբանական, դատաքիմիական, դատահետքաբանական փորձաքննություններ:

Երիտասարդը ձերբակալվել է՝ մորեղբորն սպանելու կասկածանքով, և հարցաքննվել դեպքի հանգամանքների շուրջ՝ տալով ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու, դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները,  զենքի ձեռքբերման աղբյուրը և օրինականությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
