Մոսկվայում դուստրերի կողմից սպանված Միխայիլ Խաչատրյանը մանկապիղծ է ճանաչվել
SOCIETYՓորձագետները դուստրերի կողմից սպանված Միխայիլ Խաչատրյանի մոտ մանկապղծության տեսակի սեռական հակում ունենալու խանգարում են հայտնաբերել, հայտնում է Lenta.ru-ն:
Միխայիլ Խաչատրյանի նկատմամբ հարուցված խոշտանգումների եւ բռնությունների վերաբերյալ քրեական գործի ընթացքում կատարվել է երկու հոգեբուժական եւ մեկ լեզվաբանական փորձաքննություն, եւ փորձագետները եկել են այն եզրակացության, որ տղամարդը սպառնալիքների եւ բռնությունների միջոցով մանիպուլյացիայի է ենթարկել շրջապատին, եւ որ դուստրերը ամբողջությամբ ֆինանսապես եւ բարոյապես կախված են եղել հորից, հարազատների կողմից աջակցություն չեն ստացել, մշտական սթրեսի մեջ են եղել:
Ավելի վաղ Խաչատրյան քույրերը պաշտոնապես տուժողներ էին ճանաչվել իրենց հոր կողմից բռնության ենթարկվելու գործով: Քննիչները պաշտոնապես տեղեկացրել են նրանց, որ հոր դեմ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՌԴ ՔՕ 117 հոդվածով («Խոշտանգում»), 132 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով («Սեռական բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ») եւ 133 հոդվածով («Սեռական բնույթի գործողությունների պարտադրանք):
Խաչատրյան քույրերն իրենց հորը սպանել էին 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 27-ին: Հետաքննության տվյալներով՝ նրանք դանակով սպանել են նրան Մոսկվայի Ալտուֆեւսկոե մայրուղու բնակարանում: Հետաքննությունը պարզել է, որ նա ծաղրի է ենթարկել իր դուստրերին եւ բռնաբարել է նրանց: Գլխավոր դատախազությունը պահանջել է վերաորակավորել մեղադրանքը անհրաժեշտ պաշտպանության համար, սակայն հետո հաստատել է սպանության գործով մեղադրական եզրակացությունը:
