INTERVIEWՌազմական փորձագետ Մհեր Հակոբյանը կարծում է, որ տիեզերքում արհեստական արբանյակների տրամադրած տեղեկատվությունը էական ազդեցություն չի կարող ունենալ արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքների բացահայտման առումով:
«Եթե դա հնարավոր լինի ոչ թե ողջ պատերազմը, այլ որոշ դետալներ կարող է բացահայտել: ես լավատես չեմ այդ առումով, քանի որ մարտական գործողությունների ընդհանուր պատկերը մեզ համար պարզ է: Մենք այս պահին խնդիր չունենք հասկանալու, թե օրինակ որ բնակավայրն ինչպես ընկավ, կամ որ զորամասն ինչպես կռվեց, դա մեզ համար այս պահին գաղտնիք չէ: Ինչ էլ արբանյակները մեզ ասեն, մենք մեծ հաշվով գիտենք: Այստեղ խնդիրն այլ մակարդակի վրա է, թե ինչ կազմակերպչական, կառուցվածքային եւ այլ փոփոխություններ էին, որ բերեցին նրան, որ մենք ունեցանք այդ վիճակը: Այսինքն արբանյակը մեզ չի տալիու այն ինֆորմացիան, ինչը մենք ուզում ենք»,- NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց նա:
Ռազմական փորձագետի կարծիքով արբանյակներից ստացած ինֆորմացիան կարող է լուծել այն հավերժ վեճը, թե երբ է ընկել Շուշին. «Այսինքն կարող ենք իմանալ, թե կոնկրետ որ օրն է ընկել Շուշին, այսինքն առավելագույնը մեզ մարտավարական դետալների մասով տեղեկություններ կարող է տալ: Ուղղակի այստեղ խնդիրն այն է, որ ակնարկն արվում է Ռուսաստանի վրա, որը կարող է ներքաղաքական կյանքի վրա ազդել: Ընդհանուր առմամբ արբանյակն ինչ էլ ասի, ժողովուրդը կրկին ընտրել է այս իշխանություններին»:
Մհեր Հակոբյանը նաեւ չբացառեց, որ այս տեղեկատվությունը հետագայում կարող է հերքվի:
Ավելի վաղ «Հրապարակ» թերթը գրել էր. «Մեր տեղեկություններով, տիեզերքում արհեստական արբանյակ ունեցող պետություններից մեկի ներկայացուցիչները կապվել են հայաստանյան ընդդիմության որոշ շրջանակների հետ եւ առաջարկել նրանց՝ տրամադրել իրենց տրամադրության տակ եղած որոշ տեսագրություններ, որոնք առնչվում են Հայաստանին։
Դրանց մեջ է մասնավորապես 44-օրյա պատերազմի ողջ տեսագրությունը, որը դիտարկելով՝ կարելի է հստակ պատկերացում կազմել, թե ինչպիսի մարտավարություն է իրականացրել Ադրբեջանն այդ 44 օրվա ընթացքում, եւ ինչպես է պարտվել Հայաստանը։ Մենք չկարողացանք պարզել, թե ինչ են պատասխանել նրանց»:
