«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախկին նախագահ, նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ Աղվան Հովսեփյանի շուրջ կատարվող իրադարձություններից:

Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ Ա. Հովսեփյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով` ընդհանուր 1.299.404.414 ՀՀ դրամ գույքը (փողերի լվացում) օրինականացնելու համար՝ մի քանի դրվագներով: Իսկ ինչո՞ւ հիմա սկսվեց Հովսեփյանի նկատմամբ հետապնդումը. ի վերջո մեղադրանքի ոչ մի դրվագ նոր չէ։ 2004-2013 թվականի արարքներն են հիշել եւ, ըստ հաղորդագրության, փաստացի մասնակցել է ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեություն իրականացնող մի շարք ՍՊ ընկերությունների կառավարմանը, բացի այդ ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով` 190.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք եւ խարդախության եղանակով կատարել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով` 800.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ գույքի հափշտակություն:

Ըստ ArmLur.am-ին հասած տեղեկությունների՝ Աղվան Հովսեփյան դեմ ցուցմունք է տվել իր մտերիմ ընկերներից գործարար Շանթի Յուրա անվամբ հայտնի Յուրա Ղարիբյանը եւ պատմել է ինչ-որ հողակտորի մասին, իսկ, ահա, մյուս ցուցմունք տվողը նրա դեմ եղել է իր մյուս մտերիմ ընկերը՝ Արշավիր Սարգսյանը, որը ՀԷԿ-ի շինարարությամբ է զբաղվել:

Մեզ այլ մանրամասներ եւս հայտնի դարձան: Առաջին հերթին Հովսեփյանի շուրջ կատարվող իրադարձությունները կապում են ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի հետ: Բանն այն է, որ վերջինիս հայրն ու Աղվան Հովսեփյանը մտերիմ են, եւ, տարածված խոսակցությունների համաձայն, մինչեւ օրս Հովսեփյանի դեմ քրեական գործ չհարուցելու հարցում օգնել եւ նպաստել է հենց Ավինյանը, որի հեռանալուց հետո գործընթաց սկսվեց: Նկատենք՝ դեռ 2019 թվականին Տիգրան Ավինյանը քննադատվեց Ապարանում առաջին հանրապետության անկախության առթիվ կազմակերպված միջոցառումներին Աղվան Հովսեփյանի կողքին լինելու համար, սակայն ամեն ինչ դրանով էլ ավարտվեց:

Մեկ այլ վակածի համաձայն՝ Աղվան Հովսեփյանի դեմ աշխատել է ԲԴԽ ներկայիս նախագահ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը, քանի որ 2008 թվականին հենց Աղվան Հովսեփյանն է նրան փաստացի մեկուսացնողը եղել, եւ Ջհանգիրյանն ու Հովսեփյանը վաղեմի ոխերիմ թշնամիներ են: Ինչո՞ւ եք վրեժ լուծում. այս հարցի մեկնաբանության համար «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը դիմեց ԲԴԽ նախագահ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանին, որին ի պատասխան՝ վերջինս նշեց. «Ոնց որ Դուք եք այդ դեպքի մասին մամուլից տեղեկացել, այնպես էլ ես։ Ես ոչ մի տեղեկություն չունեմ»:
