Հայաստանը «թուրքական վիլայեթ» դարձնելու գործընթացը գործնական «ռելսերի» վրա է դրվում։
Այլեւս պաշտոնական Երեւանի բառամթերքից բացակայում են «Արցախի անկախությունն այլըտրանք չունի»,«Թուրքիան պետք է առերեսվի սեփական պատմության հետ», «պայքար թուրքական ժխտողականության դեմ» եւ վերջապես «Շուշին ու Հադրութը օկուպացված են Ադրբեջանի կողմից» եզրույթները։
Փոխարենը հրապարակ են նետվում «Թուրքիայից կան դրական ազդակներ»,«մենք պատրաստ ենք Թուրքիայի հետ նման խոսակցության», «ապաշրջափակում եւ խաղաղասիրություն» ,«դեմարկացիա» ու «դելիմիտացիա» հասկացությունները։
Այս հակահայկական ծրագրից ուշադրությունը շեղելու համար ռեժիմը նոր «պայքար» է բեմադրելու «կոռուպցիայի դեմ»,որին հասարակությունը ինքնամոռաց ծափահարելու է։

Իսկ արդյունքում մսխվում են մեր 30-ամյա անկախության բոլոր ձեռքբերումներն ու Հայաստանում սահուն հաստատվում է «թուրքական օրակարգը»։
