«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նման դիտարկում արեց «Երիտասարդների կողքին» երիտասարդական շարժման ղեկավար, փորձագետ Աղվան Պողոսյանը` նկատելով, որ կայունության վերականգնումը Մինսկի խմբ ի նպատակն է, որի իրականացումը, սակայն, գործնական հարթակի վրա դրված չէ: «Միջնորդների կազմակերպած հանդիպումները դեռևս իրենց հանգուցալուծումը չեն ստացել, և մենք այսօր էլ ականատես ենք լինում, թե ինչ է տեղի ունենում մեր սահմաններում՝ տալով բազմաթիվ անմեղ զոհեր: Եթե մենք նախկինում նշում էինք, որ միջազգային քաղաքական հարթակում հարցեր բարձրացնելիս ֆորմալ հանդիպումները որոշակի ազդեցություն էին ունենում, հիմա քաղաքական գործոնին ավելացել է նաև տնտեսական գործոնը և տնտեսական որոշակի ռեսուրսների տիրապետելը փաստում է մերօրյա դրության անարդյո ւնավետ կառավարումը»,-նշեց Պողոսյանը:
Նրա դիտարկմամբ` Ադրբեջանը տնօրինում է տնտեսական ռեսուրսների, և չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ տոտալիտար ռեժիմ է տիրում երկրում, մարդու իրավունքների ցածր մակարդակ կա և բացակայում են ժողովրդավարության տարրերը, այդ երկիրն ազդեցություն է ունենում գերտերությունների վրա և իր ռեսուրսներով հօգուտ իրեն խնդիրներ է կարգավորում: «Տոտալիտար ռեժիմում արտաքին քաղաքականության մարտահրավերների լուծման տարբերակները հետևյալն են՝ ռազմական ուժի կիրառում, տնտեսական լծակների կիրառում: Ադրբեջանական քաղաքականությունը հիմնված է պոպուլիզմի վրա, չկան գործնական մեխանիզմներ: Այս են վկայում սահմանային միջադեպերը, սահմանային խախտումները»,-նկատում է Պողոսյանը:
Հայաստանը փոքր պետություն է, սակայն Աղվան Պողոսյանը համոզված է, որ միջազգային քաղաքական թատերաբերում մեր երկրի խոսքն ազդեցիկ դարձնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է հզորանալ, տիրապետել տնտեսական ռեսուրսների, չենթարկվել գերտերությունների, նրանց կողմից առաջարկվող խայծը կուլ չտալ և երկրին առնչվող հարցերին տալ հստակ լուծումներ` առանց արտաքին ուժերի միջամտության:
