BLOGԶավեշտալին այն է, որ ի տարբերություն Մոսկվայի պայմանագրի՝ Կարսի պայմանագրով, որին հղում են անում Հայաստանի թշնամիները՝ Թուրքիան, Ադրբեջանը և կապիտուլյանտը, ներկայիս Տիգրանաշենի տարածքը պատկանում է Հայաստանին։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է քաղաքագետ Էդգար Էլբակյանը:
«Այդ հատվածը նախքան Հայրենական պատերազմն անկլավային տեսքով միակողմանի անեքսիայի է ենթարկվել Ադրբեջանի կողմից վարչական բռնության միջոցով։ «Մարզահոսի» այս ամառային թողարկման մեջ մասնրամասն պատմում եմ այդ մասին։
Բայց քանի որ հայ-ադրբեջանական իբր սահմանազատման բանակցությունների հիմքում ոչ թե երկկողմ բարի կամքի դրսևորումն ու իրավական ռացիոն է, այլ Ադրբեջանի՝ Հայաստանի կապիտուլյացված ղեկավարին ինչ ուզել պարտադրելը, ապա ազդանշանները չեն դադարում լռել Տիգրանաշենի գլխին կախված վերահաս վտանգի մասին։
Ցավոք, կապիտուլյանտի հետագա գահակալության շուրջ ձևավորված է եվրո-ատլանտյան և ռուսական իշխող շրջանակների լռելյայն կոնսենսուսը։ Հայ ազգը՝ ոչ որպես ժամանակակից ստատիկ իրակություն, այլ որպես Հայկական լեռնաշխարհում ապրած, ապրող և ապրելիք մարդկանց ազգային-քաղաքական հավաքականություն՝ միավորված հայոց պետականության գաղափարի շուրջ, այս պայքարում միայնակ է և պիտի ապավինի միայն իր ուժերին»,- գրել է Էլբակյանը։
