Ադրբեջանցիներն իրենց վանդալիզմով շատ նման են թուրքերին և իսլամիստ ահաբեկիչներին. ռուս փորձագետ
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱդրբեջանցիները հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության հանդեպ իրենց վերաբերմունքով շատ նման են թուրքերին և «Իսլամական պետության» ահաբեկիչներին, «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում շեշտեց Մոսկվայի ԱՊՀ երկրների ինստիտուտի Եվրասիական ինտեգրման և Շանհայան համագործակցության կազմակերպության զարգացման բաժնի ղեկավար, տարածաշրջանային հարցերի փորձագետ Վլադիմիր Եվսեևը՝ անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի օկուպացված շրջաններում հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացման, վանդալիզմի և հայ բնակչության դեմ իրականացվող էթնիկ զտման քաղաքականությանը:
Եվսեևի կարծիքով՝ Ռուսաստանի համար դժվար է խանգարել Ադրբեջանի այդ քաղաքականությանը: Այս հարցում, ըստ նրա, ավելի մեծ դեր կարող են խաղալ միջազգային հանրությունը և մասնավորապես՝ Հայաստանի բարեկամ երկրները, օրինակ՝ Ֆրանսիան:
«Ռուսաստանը որտեղ կարողացել է՝ փորձել է օգնել ժառանգության պահպանմանը: Այդպիսի դեպք եղավ, օրինակ, Դադիվանքի հետ կապված: Բայց խնդիրն այն է, որ ադրբեջանցիները հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության հանդեպ իրենց վերաբերմունքով շատ նման են թուրքերին: Կարծում եմ՝ այս հարցը պետք է բարձրացնի միջազգային հանրությունը: Ինչո՞ւ միջազգային հանրությունը չի արձագանքում պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների ոչնչացմանը: Թող Ֆրանսիան զբաղվի դրանով՝ հարցը բարձրացնելով ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդում: Դրանով պետք է զբաղվեն Հայաստանի բարեկամները: Նրանք պետք է հայտարարեն, որ միջազգային հանրությունը անընդունելի է համարում մշակույթի հանդեպ նման վերաբերմունքը, որպեսզի ի վերջո ադրբեջանցիները աշխարհի աչքին երևան իբրև մի ժողովուրդ, որը ոչնչացնում է այլոց մշակույթը: Իսկ ո՞վ է ոչնչացնում այլոց մշակույթը. օրինակ՝ «Իսլամական պետությունը», մասնավորապես Սիրիայում: Այդ դեպքում ստացվում է, որ ադրբեջանցիներն իրենց պահվածքով շատ նման են «Իսլամական պետության» ահաբեկիչներին, վահաբիներին: Այսպիսի զուգահեռներ է անհրաժեշտ անցկացնել և ճնշում գործադրել միջազգային հանրության կողմից», - ասաց Վլադիմիր Եվսեևը:
Այն, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները պատերազմից հետո արդեն ավելի բարենպաստ դիրքերից են շարունակելու ճնշում գործադրել արցախահայության նկատմամբ, Եվսեևի խոսքով՝ կանխատեսելի էր: Բայց տվյալ պարագայում, ըստ նրա, ավելի շատ բան կախված է ոչ թե Ռուսաստանից և ռուս խաղաղապահներից, այլ Արցախի հայությունից:
Եվսեևի խոսքով՝ ամենակարևորն այն է, որ հայ բնակչությունը մնա Արցախում: Զրուցակիցն ընդգծեց, որ Արցախի հայությունը պետք է փորձի ինչ-որ կերպ ադապտացվել հետպատերազմյան նոր և բարդ իրավիճակին ու ամեն գնով մնալ Արցախում, այլապես ռուսաստանյան խաղաղապահների ներկայությունն այնտեղ անիմաստ կլինի:
«Եթե հայերը շարունակեն ապրել Ղարաբաղում՝ Ռուսաստանը օրինական իրավունք կունենա այնտեղ ներկա լինելու: Բայց եթե հայերը հեռանան այնտեղից, ապա ռուսաստանյան խաղաղապահներն այնտեղ անելու բան չեն ունենա», - նշեց փորձագետը:
