Կրակոցներ՝ Արմավիրի մարզում
SOCIETYSHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ երեկ՝ սեպտեմբերի 10-ին, ոստիկանության Բաղրամյանի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ սեպտեմբերի 2-ին, ժամը 00։30-ի սահմաններում Քարակերտ գյուղում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, որի ժամանակ էլ հնչել են կրակոցներ։
Գյուղ են մեկնել ոստիկանության Բաղրամյանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը, ովքեր պարզել են, որ վիճաբանությունը տեղի է ունեցել նույն գյուղի բնակիչներ՝ 46-ամյա Լայերտ Մնացականյանի և 38-ամյա Հրայրիկ Հակոբյանի միջև, որի ընթացքում Լ. Մնացականյանին պատկանող սննդի կետի տարածքում Հ. Հակոբյանը իր անվամբ գրանցված «ԱՏԱ ԱՐՄՍ» տիպի 12 մմ տ/չ որսորդական ողորկափող հրացանով կրակոցներ է արձակել օդ, ինչի արդյունքում, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, ոչ կրակելու հետևանքով դեռևս անհայտ պայմաններում Լ. Մնացականյանը դեմքի շրջանում վնասվածք է ստացել։
Փաստի առթիվ ոստիկանության Բաղրամյանի բաժնի հետաքննական բաժանմունքում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում։ Հ. Մնացականյանն ու Հ. Հակոբյանը հրավիրվել են ոստիկանության Բաղրամյանի բաժին, ապա բաց են թողնվել։ Հայտնաբերվել է նաև հրացանը, հետաքննիչի որոշմամբ էլ նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ, այդ թվում՝ դատաձգաբանական։ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Հ. Հակոբյանը Քարակերտ գյուղի պահածոների գործարանի տնօրենն է, իսկ Լ. Մնացականյանը անհատ ձեռներեց է։
