Քննչական կոմիտեն սկսել է ստուգել Նավալնիին՝ «Ծախվող դատավորի կաշին քերթելու» գրառման համար

Ռուսաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեն ստուգումներ է սկսել քաղաքական գործիչ Ալեքսեյ Նավալնիի գրառման կապակցությամբ, որով նա քննադատել էր «Կիրովլեսի» գործի շրջանակում քաղաքացիական հայցով իրենից 16 մլն ռուբլի գանձելու մասին դատարանի որոշումը:
Նավալնին վերոնշյալ գրառումն արել էր հոկտեմբերի 23-ին: Նա նշել էր, որ դատավարությունը կայացել է առանց հայցվորի ու պատասխանող կողմերից մեկի մասնակցության ու առանց միջնորդության դիտարկման, իսկ դատավոր Եվգենի Բորիսովը «կայծակնային արագությամբ մտնում էր խորհրդակցության սենյակ ու դուրս գալիս այնտեղից՝ շուտասելուկի նման կարդալով մերժումները»:
Գրառումն ուղեկցվել է նիդեռլանդացի նկարիչ Հերարդ Դավիդի «Ծախվող դատավորի կաշին քերթելը » նկարով, որը ստորագրվել էր որպես «Ծախված դատավոր Բորիսովի կաշին քերթել»:
ՔԿ ստուգումը սկսվել է Պետդումայի պատգամավոր Անատոլի Վիբորնիի ներկայացրած հայցադիմումից հետո: Իր հայցադիմումում պատգամավորը գրել էր, որ Նավալնին «դատավոր Բորիսովի մասին տարածում է վարկաբեկիչ տեղեկություններ ու փաստորեն հրահրում է նրա հետ հաշվեհարդար տեսնել»:
ՔԿ- ն ստուգումներ է անում ՌԴ ՔՕ 298.1 հոդվածով նախատեսված հանցագործության նշաններով (դատավորի հասցեին զրպարտություն): Այդ հոդվածով նախատեսված առավելագույն պատիժը 2 մլն ռուբլու կամ էլ երեք տարվա աշխատավարձի չափով տուգանք է, կամ էլ 360 ժամ հարկադիր աշխատանքներ, հայտնում է Slon-ը:
