Տեղեկություն տարածվեց, այնուհետև երկրորդ նախագահի գրասենյակից հաստատեցին, որ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին պաշտոնապես հրավեր է եկել մեկնել ՌԴ մայրաքաղաք՝ հանդիպումներ անցկացնելու նպատակով։ Նաև գրասենյակից տեղեկացրել էին, որ երկրորդ նախագահը պատրաստվում է Մոսկվա մեկնել արդեն այս շաբաթ։ Հաշվի առնելով, որ նախագահի նկատմամբ կա քրեական հետապնդում, և դատական նիստերը դեռ շարունակվում են, դիմեցինք Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստաբան Հովհաննես Խուդոյանին՝ արդյո՞ք Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը կարիք ունի, եթե այո, ստացե՞լ է երկրից մեկնելու թույլտվություն։

«Դեռևս նախորդ շաբաթ այս հարցով դիմել ենք դատարանին, բայց երկու օր մեր զանգերն անպատասխան մնացին։ Որևէ պատասխան չտրվեց՝ արդյոք դատարանը բավարարո՞ւմ է դիմումը, թե՞ ոչ։ Այսօր էլ հաստատվեց, որ դատավորը մեկ շաբաթ վերապատրաստումների է լինելու, և տպավորություն է, որ ամեն ինչ արվում է ձգձգելու համար։ Չնայած դեռ սպասում ենք, որ դիմումին օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետում պատասխան տրվելու է»,- ասաց Հովհաննես Խուդոյանը։

Մեր հարցին՝ այն դեպքում, երբ դատավորը դասընթացների է, կա՞ արդյոք տարբերակ նմանատիպ որոշումներին այդ ընթացքում անդրադառնալու, թե՞ դատավորը պետք է վերադարձած լինի, Հովհաննես Խուդոյանը պատասխանեց․ «Ստացվելու է, որ դատավորն այդ ընթացքում աշխատանքի չի ներկայանալու հարգելի պատճառով, հարցի քննությունը ձգձգվելու է մինչ հաջորդ աշխատանքային օրը։ Չնայած դրան, դատավորը, իհարկե, կարող է ցանկացած պահի ներկայանա, որոշում կայացնի և վերադառնա իր դասընթացներին՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ մենք խնդրել ենք ամսի 18-ից թույլտվություն տալ, որպեսզի նախագահը սեպտեմբերի 19-ին կարողանա մեկնել, որտեղ ամսի 20-ից արդեն ունի գործնական հանդիպումներ»։

Արդյո՞ք դատավոր Դանիբեկյանի քայլերում միտում տեսնում է, հարցրեցինք պարոն Խուդոյանին։ «Այո, տեսնում եմ, որովհետև դեռևս հինգշաբթի դիմում ներկայացվել է դատարան, երկու օր դատարանն ուներ ժամանակ դիմումին անդրադառնալու։ Ես այստեղ դիտավորություն եմ տեսնում»,- ասաց փաստաբանը։
