Վարչապետի աշխատակազմը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել «Պաշտոնատար անձանց գործունեության ապահովման, սպասարկման և սոցիալական երաշխիքների մասին» օրենքում լրացում անելու նախագիծ, համաձայն որի`առաջարկում է պետական բյուջեի միջոցների հաշվին ապահովել Հանրապետության նախագահի, վարչապետի և Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի ընտանիքի անդամների Հայաստանում գործող բժշկական կազմակերպություններում բժշկական օգնությունն ու սպասարկումը, ինչպես նաև ԱԺ նախագահին ապահովել առանձին բժշկով։

Գործող օրենքով հանրապետության նախագահի և վարչապետի առողջական վիճակին հետևելու նպատակով առանձնացվում է անձնական բժիշկ, իսկ ԱԺ նախագահին` ոչ։ 

Կառավարությունն այդ որոշումն անհասկանալի է որակել և օրենքի լրացմամբ ցանկանում է փոխել այն։

«Հանրապետության նախագահի և նրա ընտանիքի անդամների (ամուսին, զավակ, ծնող) , վարչապետի և նրա ընտանիքի անդամների,Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի և նրա ընտանիքի անդամների համար ապահովվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գործող բժշկական կազմակերպություններում բժշկական օգնությունն ու սպասարկումը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական բյուջեի միջոցների հաշվին՝ Կառավարության սահմանած կարգով》,֊նշվում է նախագծում։
