Նոր ձեւավորված Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներին այլեւս պատգամավորական HH 11 սերիայով համարանիշներ չեն տրամադրելու, որ նրանք փակցնեն իրենց մեքենաներին։ Որոշումը նոր ԱԺ աշխատակազմինն է, որտեղից հաստատեցին մեր տեղեկությունը, որ պատգամավորներն այլեւս նման «անձեռնմխելի» պեհամարանիշներ չեն ունենա։ Դրանք, իրականում, առանձնապես մեծ դեր չէին խաղում երթեւեկության մեջ, տեսախցիկները ֆիքսում էին ԱԺ-ի համարներով մեքենաների խախտումներն ու տուգանքներն ուղարկում տերերին։ Առավելությունը, բացի «թիթիզությունից», մեկ էլ ՃՈ տեսուչների կողմից ավելի ներողամիտ վերաբերմունքն էր: Նրանք ճանաչում էին եւ չէին կանգնեցնում նման համարներով մեքենաները։ Աշխատակազմից ասացին, որ միայն ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալներին, հանձնաժողովի նախագահներին ու խմբակցությունների ղեկավարներին է տրամադրվելու ԱԺ պետհամարանիշ՝ HH 01 սերիայով։ Նրանց նաեւ ի պաշտոնե ծառայողական մեքենա է հասնում։

Ի դեպ, այս պահին դեռեւս կան HH 11-ով սկսվող համարներով շրջող նախկին ու ներկա պատգամավորներ, որոնք այդ համարները նախորդ ԱԺ-ից էին ստացել ու դեռ չեն հանձնել։ Աշխատակազմից ասացին՝ իրենք այդ համարանիշները հետ են պահանջում, մեծ մասն արդեն վերադարձրել են, մի քանի հոգի են մնացել, նրանք էլ շուտով կվերադարձնեն։ Որից հետո այդ համարանիշները կդրվեն ազատ վաճառքի։ Ի դեպ, ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներից Արթուր Ղազինյանի մեքենայի համարանիշը HH 11 սերիայից է: Նա իր նոր սպիտակ Toyota Land Cruiser 300 ամենագնացի վրա 301 HH 11 պետհամարանիշ է փակցրել, որը ոչ թե ԱԺ հաշվեկշռում է գրանցված, այլ իրենց պատկանող ՍՊԸ-ի վրա։
