«Իրավունք». Ի՞նչ նպատակ է հետապնդում «սիրուն աղջիկը»՝ դրսի ավիաընկերություններին արտոնյալ պայմաններով Հայաստան բերելով

«Բոլորս հիշում ենք, թե ինչ արտոնյալ պայմաններով (ազատված օդի հարկից, սպասարկման վճարից և այլն) հայկական շուկա մուտք գործեց իռլանդական հայտնի լոուքոսթեր Ryanair ավիաընկերությունը, որը խոստանում էր անհամեմատ մատչելի գներով տոմսեր դեպի եվրոպական ուղղություններ: Որը, սակայն, կարճ ժամանակ չվերթեր իրականացնելուց հետո (այն էլ ոչ խոստացված մատչելի գներով) դադարեցրեց գործունեությունը Հայաստանում` իբր COVID-19 համավարակով պայմանավորված:
Բայց ահա պարզվում է, որ Ryanair-ին նույն արտոնյալ պայմաններով (ազատված է օդի հարկից, սպասարկման վճարից և այլն) փոխարինելու է գալիս ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս հունգարական Wizz Air ավիաընկերությունը, որը, ըստ շրջանառվող լուրերի, թռիչքներ կիրականացնի Երևանից դեպի Լոնդոն և Փարիզ:
Փաստենք, որ Ryanair ավիաընկերության շուկա մուտք գործելուց հետո արդեն իսկ փակվել են «Տարոն Ավիա» և «Տարոն» տեղական ավիափոխադրողները: Իսկ նոր լոուքոսթեր հայտնվելու դեպքում փակման վտանգի տակ կհայտնվեն այսօր դեռ մի կերպ մրցակցությանը դիմացող տեղական մյուս ընկերությունները:
Այս պայմաններում առնվազն զարմանալի է, թե ինչու են ավիացիոն իշխանությունները արտոնյալ պայմաններ նվիրում դրսի ավիաընկերություններին` անհավասար պայմաններ ստեղծելով տեղական ընկերությունների համար, որոնք օր օրի կանգնում են մեծ ռիսկերի առաջ:
Այս պայմաններում տրամաբանորեն հարց է առաջանում՝ իսկ ո՞ր դեպքում է ավիացիոն իշխանությունը նման կերպ վարվում: Ըստ մեզ` կամ, երբ սպասարկում է օտարերկրյա պետության շահերը և նպատակ է դրված ամբողջությամբ ոչնչացնել տեղի ավիացիան, կամ էլ, երբ կոռուպցիոն ռիսկ կա, և ունեն անձնական շահ:
Վերոնշյալ հարցի պատասխանը կփորձենք ստանալ առաջիկայում՝ Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի պետական կոմիտեից: Մասնավորապես, թե ուր կորավ ժամանակին այդքան գովազդված Ryanair-ը, որը կոմիտեն համարում էր փայլուն նախագիծ: Եվ արդյոք նույնպիսի «փայլուն նախագի՞ծ» են համարում հունգարական ավիաընկերության մուտքը: Ամեն դեպքում, հիշեցնենք, որ այս բոլոր արարքները ֆիքսվում են, և կգա պատասխան տալու օրը»,-գրում է թերթը։
