Արտահանման ծավալների պահպանում շուկաների դիվեսիֆիկացիայի հաշվին

Տնտեսական տարվա սկիզբը Հայաստանի արտահանման համար, մեղմ ասած, այնքան էլ բարվոք չէր։ Անկումը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ հասնում էր գրեթե 25 տոկոս:
Խոսքը գնում է առաջին հերթին Ռուսաստան արտահանման մասին, որտեղ հայկական ապրանքների արտահանումը կրճատվեց գրեթե 30 տոկոսով՝ պայմանավորված մի կողմից ռուբլու արժեզրկմամբ, մյուս կողմից՝ գնողունակության անկմամբ։
Հաշվի առնելով այդ հանգամանքը՝ գործադիր մարմինը բազմաթիվ քայլեր ձեռնարկեց իրավիճակը շտկելու համար։
Իհարկե այսպիսով որոշակի խնդիրներ լուծվեցին, մասնավորապես` տեղի ունեցած փոփոխությունները նպաստավոր ազդեցություն ունեցան Հայաստանի արտաքին առևտրի հաշվեկշռի վրա։ Նախորդ տարվա 2,9-ի դիմաց ներմուծման և արտահանման բացասական տարբերությունը նվազեց` հասնելով 2,1-ի։ Բայց այնուհանդերձ հիմնական գործընկեր երկրների հետ չհաջողեց պահպանել Հայաստանի արտահանման հետ կապված նույնիսկ նախորդ տարվա մակարդակը։
Առաջացած դժվարությունների պայմաններում գործարարների և կառավարության ջանքերով հնարավոր եղավ ելքեր գտնել՝ այլ շուկաների հաշվին արտահանումը գոնե նախորդ տարվա մակարդակին կամ դրան մոտ պահպանելու համար:
Պարզ է, որ հայ գործարարները արտաքին շուկաների դիվերսիֆիկացիայի են գնում: Սա այն դեպքն է, երբ տեղին է ասել, որ չկա չարիք առանց բարիք: Շուկաների բազմազանեցման հարցը անընդհատ քննարկվում էր, բայց գործնական քայլեր չէր արվում, գործարարները նախընտրում էին «հեշտ» շուկաներից օգտվել, մանավանդ, որ ռուսական շուկան միշտ բաց է եղել ՀՀ-ի համար: Բայց պետք է, վաղ թե ուշ, այս քայլին գնալ ու փորձել այլ շուկաներ գրավել:
Արդեն այս տարվա ԱՎԾ տվայլաները ցույց են տալիս, որ լուրջ աճ է գրանցվել Շվեյցարիայի հետ հարաբերություններում, որտեղ արտահանումը գերազանցել է 34 մլն դոլարը՝ ավելանալով գրեթե 3 անգամ։ Գրեթե 30 անգամով նախորդ տարվա ցուցանիշը գերազանցել է հայկական ապրանքների արտահանումը Ճապոնիա։ Տարեսկզբի առաջին տասը ամիսներին արտահանումն Չինաստան ավելացել է շուրջ 10 տոկոսով՝ հասնելով 145 մլն դոլարի։ Արտահանումը Իրաք, որտեղ կարճ ժամանակ առաջ Հայաստանն ուներ արտահանման գրեթե զրոյական միավոր, ավելացել է 64 տոկոսով՝ գերազանցելով 102 մլն դոլարը:
