«Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ում քաղցկեղով հղի կինն առողջ երեխա է ունեցել
SOCIETYՔաղցկեղով հղի կինն առողջ երեխա է ունեցել՝ հղիության ընթացքում քիմաթերապիայից հետո:
36-ամյա կինը «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ էր դիմել հղիության 7 շաբաթական ժամանակաշրջանում: Նրան ընդունել էր ծննդատան մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Նորայր Ղուկասյանը: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Էրեբունի ԲԿ-ից:
Կինը նշել էր, որ երեք տարի առաջ վիրահատվել է կրծքագեղձի ուռուցքի պատճառով՝ կատարվել է աջ կրծքագեղձի հեռացում՝ իմպլանտի տեղադրմամբ, առանց հետագա բուժման: Հաշվի առնելով այս հանգամանքը՝ Նորայր Ղուկասյանը հղիին ցուցել է լաբորատոր-գործիքային մանրամասն հետազոտությունների: Լաբորատոր, սոնոգրաֆիկ, այնուհետև ՄՌՏ հետազոտությունների արդյուքները մտագոհիչ էին, հիվանդությունը կրկին գլուխ էր բարձրացրել: Ախտորոշվել է աջ կրծքագեղձի CR ռեցիդիվ, մաշկի մետաստազ:
Ինչպես քաղցկեղի կասկածի յուրաքանչյուր դեպքում, այս անգամ ևս, հրավիրվել է մասնագետների կոնսիլիում՝ Tumor Board «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ ուռուցքաբանության գծով փոխտնօրեն Հայկուհի Գյոկչյանի գլխավորությամբ: Հիվանդի առողջական տվյալների մանրամասն ուսումնասիրությունից հետո որոշվել է պահպանել հղիությունը՝ միաժամանակ սկսելով այնպիսի բուժում, որը պտղին չի վնասի:
Բուժման եղանակը որոշելու նպատակով կատարվել է կրկնակի բիոպսիա: Հյուսվածքաբանական հետազոտության արդյուքները հաստատել են կրծքագեղձի ինվազիվ կարցիոնոմա (HER2neu positive pype) ախտորոշումը: Հայկուհի Գյոկչյանի ընտրած բուժման մարտավարության հիման վրա հղին ստացել է 4 կուրս ինդուկցիոն քիմիաթերապիա: Ամբողջ ընթացքում կինը գտնվել է «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ ուռուցքաբանների և մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգների հսկողության տակ: Հղիի նախածննդյան հսկողությունն իրականացրել է մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Նորայր Ղուկասյանը՝ ծննդատան ղեկավար Անդրանիկ Պողոսյանի անմիջական ղեկավարությամբ: Հղիությունը հասցվել է մինչև 32 շաբաթական և կատարվել է կեսարյան հատում: Ծնվել է անհաս, առողջ տղա երեխա: Երեխան գտնվել է նորածնային ինտենսիվ թերապիայի բաժանմուքնում՝ նեոնատոլոգ Գոհար Ահարոնյանի և ծառայության ղեկավար, պրոֆեսոր Պավել Մազմանյանի հսկողութթյան տակ:
Ծննդատնից դուրս գրվելուց հետո կինն անմիջապես շարունակել է հետագա թիրախային քիմիաթերապիան: Քիմիաթերապիայի կուրսի ավարտից հետո որոշվել է կատարել վիրահատություն: Այն իրականացրել է «Էրեբունի » ԲԿ մամոլոգիայի և կրգքագեղձի վիրաբուժության ծառայության ղեկավար Ներսես Բերբերյանը: Կատարվել է աջ կրծքագեղձի լայնածավալ սեկտորալ մասնահատում՝ ախտահարված մաշկի և իմպլանտի հեռացումով: Հաջող վիրահատությունից հետո կրկին ցուցվել է թարգետ թերապիա, այնուհետև ճառագայթային բուժում:
Ամբողջ հղիության ընթացքում երկարատև և համառ պայքարի, բժիշկների պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի, բժշկական կենտրոնի հնարավորությունների արդյուքնում հաջողվել է փրկել կնոջ կյանքը և պահպանել հղիությունը: Բուժման կուրսի ավարտից հետո կինը դուրս է գրվել հիվանդանոցից: Հետագա հսկողության ընթացքում կատարվող բոլոր հետազոտությունների արդյուքնենրը նորմայի սահմաններում են: Կնոջ կյանքի,առողջության, ինչպես նաև նրա մայրանալու համար պայքարում հիվանդությունը տեղի է տվել:
