Ավելին, Սելջուկ Բայրաքթարը հիշել է, որ իր եղբայր Հալուկ Բայրաքթարը «Ուկրաինայում արժանացել է պատվո դիպլոմի և ստացել մեդալ. «Հայրս, եղբայրս և ես շքանշաններ ենք ստացել Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմից հետո»,- հավելել է նա:
