Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման գործընթացը պետք է սկսել, «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցին ի պատասխան լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում ասել է ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովայի այն հայտարարությանը, որ Կապան-Գորիս ճանապարհին գրանցվող միջադեպերը հերթական անգամ հաստատում են հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման աշխատանքները սկսելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
«Ես կարծում եմ՝ այդտեղ որոշակի գործընթաց պետք է սկսել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ին ասել է փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը:
ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան սեպտեմբերի 16-ին՝ ամենշաբաթյա հեռավար ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում, ասել էր, որ Սյունիքի Կապան-Գորիս միջպետական ճանապարհի խնդրահարույց հատվածներում տիրող իրավիճակը, այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցած հատվածներում ադրբեջանցիների կողմից իրանական բեռնատարները ստուգելը և վարորդներից գումար գանձելը հերթական անգամ հաստատում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատման ու սահմանագծման աշխատանքները սկսելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
«Ռուսաստանի առաջարկները այդ հարցի առնչությամբ փոխանցվել են ե՛ւ Բաքվին, ե՛ւ Երևանին: Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ շուտով կստանանք պատասխան՝ հետագա ընթացքը ձևավորելու նպատակով: Զուգահեռաբար կշարունակենք Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի հետ համատեղ ջանքեր գործադրել տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակման ուղղությամբ՝ բարձրագույն մակարդակով 2020-ի նոյեմբերի 9-ին և 2021-ի հունվարի 11-ին ձեռք բերված եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների համաձայն»,- հայտարարել էր ՌԴ ԱԳՆ խոսնակը:
