«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման մասին օրինագիծը օրվա իշխանություններն օգտագործում են տոտալ PR-ի համար, թե՝ «շուտով ժողովրդից ողջ թալանածը հետ ենք բերելու»: Սա հանրության որոշակի շերտի շրջանում անհիմն ոգևորություն է առաջ բերել՝ հույսով, թե «հետ բերածը» հասնելու է ժողովրդին, իրենք էլ ապրելու են «յուղումեղրի մեջ»: Վերջին շրջանում «Փաստ» թերթին տեղեկություններ են հասնում, որ իշխանամերձ բիզնես շրջանակների որոշ ներկայացուցիչներ կապի են դուրս գալիս «նախկինների» հետ ասոցացվող գործարարների հետ և իշխանությունների անունից ակնարկներ անում, երբեմն ուղղակի հասկացնում, թե շուտով ձեր ամբողջ գույքը կբռնագանձեն:

Իշխանության «էմիսարները» նաև ելքեր են առաջարկում, մասնավորաբար, ինչ-որ կերպ «լեզու գտնելու» առումով՝ «ավելի լավ է հիմա ինչ-որ բան կորցնեք, որ հետո ամբողջը չկորցնեք» տրամաբանության մեջ: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, իշխանություններն էլ են հասկանում, որ մի կողմից՝ շատ դժվար, գրեթե անհնար է լինելու օրինական ճանապարհով իրենց ցանկացած ծավալներով կիրառել վերը նշված օրենքը, մյուս կողմից՝ բռնագանձված գույքը մեծամասամբ ունենալու է նույն ճակատագիրը, ինչ, ասենք, Ծաղկաձորի «Գոլդեն Փելիս» հյուրանոցային համալիրը, որը ժամանակին սեփականատերը նվիրաբերեց պետությանը:

Պետությունը դրանք շահագործել չի կարողանալու, իսկ եթե, միևնույնն է, գնորդներ էլ լինեն իշխանությունների «սրտի հարուստների» կազմից, նոր հարցեր են առաջ գալու, այս դեպքում՝ ուղղված նրանց: Ստացվում է, որ «ժողովրդին վերադարձնելու» խոստումները պարզապես փուչիկ են. ժողովրդին այդ ամենից ոչինչ էլ չի հասնելու, դե, իշխանություններն էլ մտածում են բացառապես իրենց մասին, քանի դեռ իշխանության են: Ինչ իմանաս՝ վաղն ինչ կլինի...
