«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Հուլիսի 1-ից ուժի մեջ է մտել տրանսպորտային խախտումները տեսա-լուսանկարահանելու և բջջային հավելվածի միջոցով հաղորդում տալու որոշման կարգը: «Փաստ» թերթը դիմել է ՀՀ ոստիկանությանը՝ խնդրելով տրամադրել տեղեկություններ, թե առաջին երկու ամսվա (հուլիս-օգոստոս) ընթացքում քաղաքացիների կողմից բջջային հավելվածի միջոցով արձանագրված քանի խախտման մասին է հաղորդում տրվել ոստիկանությանը, և դրանցից քանիսի վերաբերյալ է կազմվել վարչական իրավախախտման մասին որոշում:

Նպատակն էր՝ հասկանալ, թե որքանով է մեր հանրության մեջ տարածում գտել նոր օրենքը: Ոստիկանությունից ստացված պատասխանից պարզ է դառնում, որ 2021 թվականի օգոստոսի 31-ի դրությամբ բջջային հավելվածից օգտվելու համար համակարգում գրանցված է եղել 96 անձ, ուղարկվել է 139 նյութ, որոնցից 33-ը համարվել է պիտանի՝ իրավախախտում արձանագրելու համար, կայացվել է վարչական տույժ նշանակելու մասին 8 որոշում:

Որպեսզի պատկերացում կազմենք, թե ինչ թվերի և ընդհանուր «թվաբանության» մեջ ինչ քանակի մասին է խոսքը, խնդրել էինք նաև տրամադրել տեղեկություն, թե նույն՝ հուլիս-օգոստոս ամիսներին ՃԵԿ խախտման վերաբերյալ ընդհանուր առմամբ քանի որոշում է կայացվել ոստիկանության կողմից: «Նույն ժամանակահատվածում ճանապարհային ոստիկանության և պարեկային ծառայության ծառայողների կողմից կայացվել է 51 453, իսկ տեխնիկական սարքերի միջոցով հայտնաբերված խախտումներով՝ 348 245 վարչական տույժ նշանակելու մասին որոշում (ընդհանուր՝ 399 698)»,- նշված է ոստիկանության պաշտոնական պատասխանում:
