«Տևական բանակցություններից հետո նախօրեին Մոսկվայում Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչները համաձայնեցրել են առաջիկա համաձայնագրի դետալները. սկսել դեմարկացիայի և դելիմիտացիայի գործընթացը՝ առանց Արցախի կարգավիճակի ֆիքսման, ՍՍՀՄ քարտեզների հիման վրա: Անորոշ ժամանակով երկարաձգվել է ռուսական կողմի ներկայությունը: Սյունիքով տրանզիտ ճանապարհը կվերահսկվի ՌԴ և ՀՀ սահմանապահների կողմից․ կգործեն սահմանապահ անցակետեր, ադրբեջանցիները կվճարեն ճանապարհից օգտվելու համար: Անգամ թիվ են նշում՝ տարեկան 150 միլիոն դոլար: Չի հաջողվել լուծել Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհի հարցը, ռուսական կողմը խոստացել է ֆինանսավորել շրջանցող Տաթև-Կապան ճանապարհի կառուցումը:

ԱԺ պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը երեկ ո՛չ հերքել է, ո՛չ հաստատել մեր լուրը՝ ասելով, թե բոլոր քայլերը տանելու են խաղաղության դարաշրջանի հաստատմանը։ Պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանն ասաց․ «Կարծում եմ՝ Հայաստանի սահմանների դեմարկացիայի և դելիմիտացիայի հարցը պետք է քննարկվի Արցախի կարգավիճակի հստակեցմամբ՝ ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, ճանաչման միջազգային գործընթացը հաշվի առնելով։

Տպավորություն կա, որ Ադրբեջանը փորձում է տարանջատել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հետ կապված հարցերը՝ հետագայում Արցախի հետ կապված հարցերը կարգավորել Ռուսաստանի հետ երկկողմ՝ ՌԴ-Ադրբեջան ձևաչափով։

Երկրորդ մտահոգիչ հանգամանքն այն է, որ այս իշխանությունների քաղաքականությունն ու մոտեցումները 2018-ից ցույց են տվել, որ նրանք ի վիճակի չեն Հայաստանի և Արցախի շահերից բխող էֆեկտիվ բանակցություններ վարել, և կա մեծ վտանգ, որ ադրբեջանցիները կօգտվեն այս իրավիճակից, ու մեր կորուստները շատ ավելին կլինեն, քան կարող են լինել մեկ այլ պարագայում»,-գրում է թերթը։
