Աշխատանքային այցով Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում գտնվող ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր Մոսկվայում մասնակցում է Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նստաշրջանին:

Հյուրընկալող երկրի` Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը նստաշրջանի սկզբում ողջույնի խոսք է հղել մասնակիցներին, մաղթել արդյունավետ աշխատանք, որից հետո նստաշրջանը վարել է ՀԱՊԿ-ում նախագահությունը ստանձնած Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

Բանակցություններն այժմ ընթանում են նեղ կազմով՝ Ռուսաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Հայաստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Տաջիկստանի նախագահների և Կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարի մասնակցությամբ, որից հետո ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարները նիստը կշարունակեն ընդլայնված ձևաչափով՝ պատվիրակությունների անդամների մասնակցությամբ:

ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի լիագումար նիստի ընթացքում ստորագրման են նախատեսված մի շարք փաստաթղթեր, այդ թվում՝ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարների հայտարարությունը ՝ միջազգային ահաբեկչությանը հակազդելու մասին, ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի «Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարի մասին», «Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության մշտապես գործող աշխատանքային մարմինների պաշտոնատար անձանց ռոտացիայի մասին» որոշումների նախագծերը:

Օրակարգի շրջանակներում ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարները մտքեր կփոխանակեն աշխարհում ընթացիկ իրավիճակի և Կազմակերպության հետագա գործողությունների շուրջ:
